haha.. i have that same theme in my cages and my mum always says that because my piggy's are boys their cages should be blue's and greens but you know i am not boring like that.. she ordered a space themed liners and tunnels and stuff but i have decided to save them for my rats or ferrets haha

I'd like to see what you think of the litterbox after you use it! I switched to the high side corner litterbox because my rabbit digs and it really helps. The sifting is interesting though!
So the sifting did not work too well last time I tried it! As the wood pellets dissolve into the powder they do still stick together so the powder was difficult to sift

I love your videos! How do you wash your fleece liners and bath mats? Im thinking about getting some for my piggies.
Thank you! I wash them with free & clear detergent and white vinegar. Hot water then dry on low heat!

I love the target bathmats they are awesome I like to get the large ones instead of the smaller ones those ones seem to fit fine crossed the cage and will be to get something from the pig room I just don’t have enough money to buy anything since they’re pretty expensive I usually just go to target instead but I’m really hoping to get some beds and a piggy bunkbed and some piggy bunkbed mats from him just don’t really have the money right now but I love it!!❤
hi autumn! i have one piggie now whos friend recently passed.😔 im not sure if i should get a new piggie though since pennie (my current pig) never got along with angel, (my piggie who passed). no matter how much i tried bonding them she was always so agressive, which can be normal at first, but it never got better. it was so bad to where pennie bit angels neck causing a sist, i took angel to the vet as soon as i noticed it and got it drained and she was all better! but anyways, now that angel has passed due to old age and her previous owners did not take good care of her, im unsure if i need to get a second piggie for pennie. Its been a few months since angel passed and pennie seems to be doing even happier than she was with angel, but i tried to do a bond recently with a neutered boar and it didnt work whatsoever so i had to give him to a trusted friend. anyways.. pennies doing very well and no health problems at all, but i know pigs are supposed to be in pairs or groups so im so stuck not knowing what to do, if i get a bond pennie will just attack the new piggie, but if i dont, pennie may get lonely.. any advice? and sorry this was so long!
if she has had bad experiences with other pigs she may just be aggressive. one option is keeping her next to a female pair in a separate cage, so she can still interact with them! some rescues also do piggy "dates" where they can match her to the best possible other pig and jumpstart the bonding

How do you think your pigges feel about the loud shop vac when cleaning there cage? I noticed that as you where cleaning they stayed in the cage and was wanting to know as I am looking in to getting a piggy
They were hesitant at first but got used to it! I started by using the vacuum just in the room until they warmed up to it then used it in their cages

Does the room smell of pee or poo . I really want a guinea pig and want to learn more about this piggies
I have an air purifier and clean frequently and the smell is only slight. I def recommend an air purifier for pigs!

@@autumngrace. hii I am a huge fan of yours I have 2 guinea pigs, and my brother just made them a three story 16 square feet in total, I just rescued them 3 weeks ago they are 1 month and a half old, marshmallow and teddie, pls tell me if 16 square feet is enough space
@@lesleygarza965316 sq ft is more than enough!! The minimum is about 7.5 and the recommended is about 10!

sorry that this has nothing to do with the video but I have friends looking after my Guinea pigs and they called yesterday to say that one of them died leaving the other little boy by himself I was wondering what you recommended to do if he will be okay alone or if I should look into getting another Guinea pig?! he is 3.5 years old!
Do you know why the other pig died? Were they sick? Seems a little suspicious honestly. But you should also try and bond ur now single boy with a second male or a spayed female ( Dont put a male and female unless one or both are fixed!)
@@bellamay4038 no I have no idea why he died and our family friends fed them both the night before and then were there by 10 that morning so all they could think was maybe a heart attack through the night or something! yea well we spoke to the people we got them both from and they said that we could get another but risk them fighting and stuff or he should be good alone but I’m not home 24/7 and it’s not fair on him to be alone so I want to get him another piggy but I don’t want them to fight and one end up hurt so I’m really stuck in the middle! I have been away for a week and will be home today so I’ll see how he is! thanks for the advice tho! he was also fine when I left he was eating drinking running around and seemed all good and his brother seemed fine as well!

Not all guinea pigs get along and they’re separate because they tried to hurt each other when I attempted to bond them.
