- Welcome back to our channel! 🌧️🌴 Join us as we spend a rainy but wonderful day in Goa, filled with cozy moments, delicious food, and beautiful landscapes.
Our Day in Detail:
Morning:
We started our day at the Country Inn & Suites in Candolim, Goa.
Enjoyed a warm coffee in our room while watching the rain.
Relished a sumptuous breakfast at the hotel, setting the perfect tone for the day.
Mid-Morning:
Checked out and headed to a nearby secluded beach. The serene and almost empty beach was perfect for listening to the soothing sounds of the sea.
Lunch:
Went to Chandrakant Restaurant, known for its amazing fish thalis.
Enjoyed a Pomfret Fish Thali and a Kingfish Goan Thali - a true delight for seafood lovers!
Afternoon:
Drove to our next destination, Mercure Resort on Divar Island.
Crossed the Mandovi River by ferry, a unique and fun experience!
Arrived at the beautiful Mercure Resort, surrounded by lush greenery and stunning views.
Evening:
My brother enjoyed a refreshing swim in the resort's pool.
Had complimentary evening tea with delicious snacks including sandwiches, cheese puffs, chocolate rolls, cookies, and samosas.
Took a leisurely walking tour of the property and indulged in some fun fishing activities arranged by the resort.
Dinner:
Relaxed before heading out for dinner.
Enjoyed a Gin and Tonic as our complimentary welcome drink.
Had a delightful dinner with Fish and Chips and Rawa Fried Prawns.
Night:
Ended our day by watching a movie on Amazon Prime.
Woke up the next morning at 7:30 AM, had coffee, packed our bags, and left the hotel around 9 AM.
