they were aware. from day one this requirement existed, they were just happy to not remind the players from psn locked regions that their access will be taken away.
This sucks man, when I heard about it I thought “ why does the Philippines stand out to me” then I remember I watched your videos and you mentioned in one of your posts that you were in the Philippines. Damn 🤦♂️ I heard they doubled down already and took it off steam, is that true?
I love Helldivers 2, it is awesome.. However.. I will not compromise myself and my pricipels and make a PSN, that I have no use for!! Sigh, welp.. It was fun while it lasted.. Unless Sony wakes up and makes the sensible decision to not make this change, SES Titan of Wrath will be scuttled.. And HD2 permanently uninstalled!!
Sadly, the game is now unavailable in my country. Can't even visit it in the steam page anymore. So, even if, there was a way to make an account. The game is no longer available here. Can't even buy it for my brother anymore after that Sony stuff.
@@Sparks16 Did you try with vpn? But wait, didn't Sony reverse all it's actions? I didn't know you can't even see the steam page now. I hope you find a way to keep playing
@@diegosalazar793 I don't use VPN, well sadly Sony lied, they reversed it in a different way. Originally, we thought it would be optional to create a PSN account for steam users like me, or for steam players who already got it prior to the change. I actually thought that in the PSN unsupported countries, the game would still be available but apparently not because it's now gone in steam. But apparently what they really did is, if your country is not supported by Sony PSN, they just remove the availability and support for the game. The problem would be, even if I can still play, I haven't tried yet for a while now, I am unsure if I can still purchase the latest or upcoming warbonds, since in order for me to get warbonds I need to pay through steam. And now the game is out from steam.

The devs will have to do a workaround with this one. No way they are gonna be okay with losing players to this. I hope they are aware.

If there are people making Turkish accounts, then there must be a way to make a Philippine one. (Not defending Sony for unsupport countries)

Bad new, game stop selling in all the country dont support PSN. I doubt we will get dev help.
Yeah, I already requested for a refund after that.
