Hi thanks for your video. I have just purchased the 2023 model with about 1000k on the clock. It was serviced just when I bought it. Would you be able to tell me of there is any difference between that an the one you have? Also what is the ideal interval between services/oil changes?
I swear by Valvoline . Love my little let's 4 2010 model, still mint .4000km not sure why you put the stand in the container lol. I use icecream container. Mine doesn't use any oil.i use a funnel with about 6 inches garden hose on it to reach the oil filler. Check oil level without screwing cap in
Hey mate did you ever change the gear oil? The user manual says use the same engine oil, but some dealerships advised to use gear oil 80w-90 so im bit confused what to use.
Hi there, can you tell me what mileage you have on this bike, I am really considering one of these and want to know what sort of life I could expect out of it. Also, have you had since new and did performance improve as it got broken in? (I test rode a new one the other day and pull off was quite sluggish). PS Thanks for posting this, really good to watch as I make my decision on which bike to get. From Auckland.
Nah I got it second hand for $1600 I think back in 2018. It's a 4-stroke so yeah doesn't have the same pep as a 2-stroke. But I find it pretty easy to live with and I weigh close to 80kg. The reason these scooters die quickly is because they only take 700mls of oil and people forget to check it and they seize the engine due to no oil. but otherwise I think lifespan will vary depending on maintenance, whether it's used on hills vs flat, weight of rider etc. I think if I take care of this scooter I could get 100,000 km out of it. It's at 13,000 right now. I bought it when it had done about 8000. It's sluggish compared to a 2-stroke but also means less drama with oil mixing, quieter, doesn't stink like burning oil, won't need to do pistons/rings as soon. I really love this scooter and have no complaints
I also have a UZ50. Bought when done less than 1200 km. Now done 2100. If derestricted I can do just over 60 km/h on it and I weigh 90 kg. Well over 200 km on a tank of gas. These scooters would do well on the Napier to Wellington scooter run in March.
Great instructional video. Thanks, also from New Zealand.
Thanks for this bro, im from New Zealand too Taranaki hardcore 👍🏽
Brilliant, thanks! Couldn't find this info anywhere else. Also Wellington, NZ
Can't beat Welly on a good day!

А масло поменять в редукторе?почему фильтр не помыл трансмиссии? Зачем столько много масла для фильтра воздушного
Have you modded it in any way since getting it ?

I have the same one. I weight 67 kilos and i manage about 200 to 230 ks on one tank.
Look after it and it'll last forever. I change my oil often. $14.00 for the oil

There is oil filter as well ?? Or lets5 just need oil change with out filter ??
there's no oil filter in this (confirmed by mechanic)
Can u give us owner’s manual digitally?
Here is the best I can do: ruclips.net/video/5zYmecplSvY/видео.html
You put lawnmower oil into your bike ? Why ?
it's 4 stroke 10w-30, this is the only thing that matters. same oil used in many ride on lawnmower engines
Hi bro I've a same scooter, I just wondering is there an oil filter in it?
Hey if there's an oil filter it must be under all the fairings because I didn't see one!
Not on these
