The broomstick is genius! Thoracic spine was coming forward without me knowing it
Great guidance (as always). Appreciate the comment at end, 'for the rest of your life,' welcoming the change.
Yes! These small changes become the habit when we do them more frequently and makes a big difference.
The rib thrusting turned out to be the key for me - thank you for such a great tutorial! It really helped.
You are so wise.
Great tips, Brea! Thank you.
Thanks so much for this!
Rib thrustings is such a sneaky one. Glad it made all the difference for you!
Love this Brea! I’m already thinking about how I’m going to bring this up in class tonight! I was wondering how you would explain this mindset shift (and why it’s important & how it’s beneficial) to one of those “I can’t do yoga - I can’t even touch my toes” people 🥰
Great question! My short-ish answer would be, it doesn’t matter if we can or can’t touch our toes. But our lower back and our hips want to be able to have some decent movement in the hinge action so that we can do our daily life tasks with a little more ease…. Something like that! Hope that helps 😊
THANK YOU
You’re welcome, hope it was helpful!
Hip Bri Is 3 hip poses included in this sequence.
Yes, there are three different variations you can try.
i was going to try that one , but, osteporosis hit me , the doal thing and trying to lett my back hit the whole ribs very soar from i believe i had a decompression fracture in my , all that made me cry, now, i don't want t to even look at the three moves i just want to have a menpausal cry.

It might prevent it from happening though
