The G.I's wrote home about the legendary Combat Proven Power Wagon. Wish you guys were closer to me in Cali. We would have a blast. Safe travels and keep up the video's
Most folks either run Thuren or Carli Suspension. I have the Thuren 2.5 Overland system, and was able to fit 37" tires on -12 offset rims, but had to do quite a bit of trimming. You can find my video on that trimming job on my channel here as well. You can fit 37s without trimming if you stick to a +18 offset.
Great video! Sincere question- I'm getting a new truck and was wondering what the advantages of a Power Wagon are over a Raptor (aside from not being a Ford). I noticed the Raptor has an amazing suspension, more HP/Torque, gets 50% better MPG's and runs 35's stock. What am I missing? I've ordered a 2020 Raptor Monday but am not committed to buying it.
Well, if you are looking for, or need a 3/4 ton truck, then the Raptor is not an option. E.g. not sure how the tow rating compares between the two. Furthermore, the Power Wagon is more of an off-road truck then the Raptor. You won't see many Raptors climbing around in off-road parks. AFAIK the Raptor is great for going fast in semi-rough terrain but doesn't compare in ground clearance, approach and departure angles and flex. Also, if you want a winch, the raptor requires an after market bumper I assume. The PW comes with a winch from factory. Don't get me wrong, the Raptor is a beautiful truck but the PW is a better fit for what I do.
Texas JAGD Thanks for the reply. I only require a half ton. I've been very impressed with the rock crawling a Raptor can do but I've never driven a PW so I don't know how they compare. A winch on a Raptor is next to impossible. Most go below the radiator which requires relocating the IC which requires a tune which leads to warranty issues. This is a huge drawback. It's awesome that it comes on a PW.
It all depends on the wheel offset but not sure how that goes with the '19. Here's what's involved with a -12 offset and 37" tires: ruclips.net/video/7QFEVvhWWVs/видео.html
why why why why u did not showing the last RAM shot with closer cam from side like the way u did it with the jeep??????????? i hated that >> i think its an another lower road than that 1 when the jeep stuck it with
Definitely depends on the type I have a warn Zeon 10 that comes with cable and the zeon 10S comes with synthetic the price difference is about a couple hundred but it all about preference
Next thing you going to tell me is you drive a PW in Deutschland? Must be nice! :) They're no-name flares but I preferred the smooth look over all the other ones out there and I also needed the extra width. Thanks.... yeah I do, and tow my Wakeboat with it ;) currently figuring out how to legalize 37x13.50 on a 9x18ET18 on the PW, and they have to be covered by fender flares to get them legalized.

" Oh, That's why you get one of those"-Jeep owner. Best commercial for PW ever.
That Guy gets it 🤙
Power Wagon dont care!!
Love Power Wagons. One of the most versatile trucks out there. Music is great.
Thank you!
The 2 jeeps needed help and them power wagons killed that hill easily. So glad I bought one 😳😳👍👍👌👌
Power Wagon, don't care. 😂
Only two off road vehicles I'd trust getting me in AND back.
Power wagon and Toyota Land cruiser.
Both are off road beasts.
Thanks for the vid.
Ram Tough. Thanks for the PW video
Great video!
Thanks!

The PowerWagon is becoming a pro at rescuing Jeeps...........
Haha #truth
That's pretty cool using a drone, like that idea.
I've been to Hidden Falls, pretty cool drive.. I love my 2500 and while I'd love a Power Wagon but I don't do gas trucks...
Looking good, I see Justin's truck and a few others I recognize!
awesome video, camera work and editing was awesome and you guys know what you are doing on the trails.
Thanks Mike!
Texas JAGD what size of tires you running on the white power wagon ??? It have any lift kit???
Power wagon laughs at Jeep.
Power Wagon don't care.
Power Wagons treated that last part like it was nothing. Jeeps had to winch.
Anywhere I can find the lift/suspension & wheel tire combos all the Rams were running? Love seeing the full size trucks out on the trails.

What tailgate/tire carrier is the silver PW using? Looks awesome
What tire mount system do you use for the spare in the bed?
1 word, LOCKERS!
34 min, If I were the winch controller I'd definitely be standing somewhere else and better watching that line.
Awesome. but no music next time please!

@@TexasJAGD Power Wagon all day!!!
What was the duration if this trail???
Hope I can hit it with yall sometime
Awesome video. Great shots. Jeepers Kreepers.
Thanks Shawn!
What does the black bag hanging off the winch cable do? I've never seen that before.
It's a winch blanket. In case the cable breaks, this blanket will absorb some of the energy and hopefully avoid that the cable hits somebody.
@@TexasJAGD Oh I see. Thanks!
Great video
thanks! 👊
Ya’ll need to come to the Piney Woods of East Texas where some real mud (red clay) is. That’s a serious challenge to include hills.
hey brother these vehicles have the power of 20 nuclear bombs greetings from Dominican Republic
Considering getting the 19 Power Wagon. Did you guys add additional lift when putting on the larger tires? What size tires and lift? Thanks
Thuren Overland 1.5 System (front and back) and 37" tires

Aaronb2245 You can fit 35” tires on stock power wagon. I think they should come with them. On my 2nd power wagon btw
@@chrisbowie9351 it should roll off the factory with 35’s common Ram.
is a jeep thing..... :)

Give me a timestamp. Not sure what you're talking about.
Get synthetic rope it doesn’t store the energy that the cable does
thanks! Definitely on my list!
That comes equipped on the new ones, correct?
@@stevenrogers2568 yes. Wish I had one.
