This was a fun trip. I don't trust my 3-year old co-pilot to fly the drone yet, so I had to drive and fly at the same time. At least I wasn't texting and driving... #safetythird
Cool video. The terrain there looks "just right" - not too easy, not too extreme - to have fun without breakage in a slightly modified vehicle (like most of us have). Keep posting!
I can only imagine the amount of guff you got for being one of the only ones not in a jeep! BTW, your PW looks great! I have the Slate Gray color PW, but wish I got white or silver.
Pretty sure I commented on one of your videos before. I like gray! Neighbor of mine has a dark gray one. Looks great! Still like my PW. Think the Jeep Gladiator would be too small for me. I'm 6'4". The PW is a good fit :)
Nope. Comes with 33s stock. I'm running 37s. Check my other video for the install and what's involved. If you get the right offset, you don't need any cutting.
+trd Camarillo7 those are two very different calibers in my opinion. I love my Power Wagon. I'm 6'4" and i think the 2500 is an appropriate size truck for me. Depends on what you want to do with it. I frequently pull a 3/4 ton military trailer loaded with my ATV behind the truck. The Tacoma would be too small for me.
trd Camarillo7 power wagon more rugged and heavy duty , more specified for crawling and extreme off road conditions. Toyota does all that but much lighter and less heavy duty , smaller and better for more high speed desert riding. So both excellent choices , just what are your tastes and preferences and type of off roading you prefer. I own and love my power wagon !!
Thanks! Toyo Open Country RT in 37x12.5/17 with -12 offset ATX wheels. Thuren Overland System 1.5. Needs trimming (see my YT channel for that video.... Not for the faint of heart).
You made all of those Jeep's look BAD haha. I want one of these trucks, something about the solid front axle, lockers and sway bar disconnects on a full size pickup sounds enticing. Did you re-gear? What gear ratio do they come with stock, 4.10?
Thanks - yes, it was a fun sight seeing all those Wranglers lined up and then the full-size Power Wagon. Unfortunately have not re-geared but would love to do it. Just not a priority in my budget plan... factory is 4.10, correct!
I would like to know the disadvantage of the 4.10? Not trying to be a smart ass would just like to know. Im in the market, and likes or dislikes? It's either this or a hellcat and I cant decide. Great truck dude
@@mathewmue5547 after adding the 37s, the truck just doesn't have the acceleration it had before. Re-gearing would help with that. It's a great truck. With my type of lifestyle, a truck is definitely the better choice. Though I'd love to have a hellcat as well ;)
@@TexasJAGD thanks I've always had trucks and like in texas as well... but that hellcat though. I have a 2015 bighorn 4x4 I'd keep anyway. I'll always have a truck!

I am new to TX and I have a 2018 PW and was looking for some guys to go offloading with
Welcome! Check out the Power Wagons of Texas group. We had quite a few new members recently. Someone is trying to organize a trip to Hidden Falls soon
Nice vid, That power wagon is magnificent
Thanks! It's a ton of fun!
Awesome truck. Problem with all the drone footage is you don't see what's actually being driven up.... Way harder than drone footage makes it look.
Yep. Definitely missing out on the experience...
"MORE WATER, MORE WATER" Most enthusiastic commentary of the year lol
Cool, but if you really want a challenge for your PW, join us out in Moab, Utah!!!

Little late on this but if you weren’t driving the drone at the same time do you think you could’ve been able to go up those slopes faster?
Cool video.

Nice footage and my to-go-to for trail riding. Keep wheelin!
I love my Power Wagon. Great video. Not too many places that truck cant go

@@TexasJAGD Haha, yeah I'd say so. My wife has a jeep, I'm 6'2" and feel cramped in it.
5:50 dude filming on the left bust his ass going downhill 🤣🤣
#maximumeffort ;)
Now take it to toy land in llano Texas. Then enchanted rock Fredericksburg Tx.
but brother how are you you were lost it's good to see him
All good my friend - busy and haven't taken a lot of video-worthy footage recently. Hope all is well with you!
Love your truck man! I'm looking into getting one. N its either white or that blue. Are your wheels n tires stock?
Nope. Comes with 33s stock. I'm running 37s. Check my other video for the install and what's involved. If you get the right offset, you don't need any cutting.

Hi from a fellow Austin-ite. Considering picking up a Power Wagon here pretty soon, would love to check yours out in person.
Happy to meet! Message me on IG or FB (texasjagd)
I wondered why there were not any hog hunt videos posted lately.. ;)
Im confuse i don't know what to get a power wagon or a toyota tundra TRD off road??
Any suggestions?

The power wagon of course

On the west coast the taco TRD is preferred on 37” tires and a regear light fast and nimble in the desert 🌵
idk why you'd compare a tundra with PW. you're SOL without lockers. did the tundra finally bring back rear lockers?
Love the truck! I. Have the exact same one. What's the wheel and tire setup you're rockin. Looks awesome!

What do you have done to your Wagon? all i have on mine is 37's
