hello, thanks for the video. You seem to have confused one rule for the set up : it is "On the first 2 Figure Spaces above the Stage,
each player places 2 stacks of 2 Figure tiles,
regardless of their visible side" and not 2 figure tiles per player. You were lucky your game wasn't broken by that. ;-). (Benoit Turpin (co-designer))
