Tbh, the Veles is better. Getting Medium Precursor Weapon V is only useful if you want the T2 Ammo (Occult and Mystic) which definitely have uses but aren't necessary. This site took 13 mins to clear (which is slightly faster than most of my T3 Cruiser runs) and I'm only Medium Precursor Weapon 4, and Precursor Battlecruiser 4. Sure, it'll get easier and faster at 5, but its still GREAT at 4!
Great video again! One suggestion though, could you click to the appropriate defense type for the kind of build you are showcasing in the fitting screen? It would help if we are trying to build along. Knowing that your shield is passively regening 4hps is less helpful than knowing the target armor rep rate we should be shooting for. Thanks and keep them coming!
Just to confirm that still works great, even after the Trig patch (and I only have Precursor Battleship III). Knowing where that sleepless upholder at end spawns is key!
I was drawn to the video because of the name of the ship! :) as I was thinking about how to explain what it means in my native language I got to the point where you explained it to perfection! :) Now I might go for it just because of the name!

few weeks ago i actually managed to get corp starting to use dreks alot more for pvp, and i find them extreamly powerfull ships for their pricetagg, because of their ability to be both dmg dealers and logi same time. havent tried it yet, but i would assume taking a small group of them to c6 combat sites are really good training using them for pvp aswell. they arent the cheapest t1 battlecruisers you can buy, but when it comes to price vs performance i think they quite cheap, and a 8-10 man group of those ships with even only 80-100 mill fits on them are rather deadly
Yup, we had a great fleet fight a couple of days ago against five of them, a Rodiva, with a Sabre and Myrmidon for support. Good fun but we chased them back - couldn't break my Golem ;) Excellent ships, and surprisingly cheap for what they can do!
What a great series of videos I've found here! I need to watch a lot of those! I'm currently flying C3s with a ~ 700m ISK / 900 DPS Tengu and thinking of doing those sites dual boxing but wondering how? Just take two Tengus and do two sites? Take two RR Vedmak/Dreka/Ishtar and do one site with both chars? Or maybe even get some PVP-fitted ships for some more possibilites? Ever thought of doing some videos with two or three ships? (Two ospreys and one drake is really nice for newbros.)
For armor tanking in anything past a frigate, my favorite mod has to be a Reactive Armor Hardener (supporting a size-appropriate armor repairer, ofc). Certainly, exceptions do exist where plates or membranes make more sense - typically if you have very few low slots or a low cap - but, by and large, getting +30% RES in the two damage types prevalent within the mission/activity you're running is your best bet, as long as you can easily tank the first few volleys that the mod needs to adapt. It is rather odd how many armor fits seem to ignore it.
@@captainbenzie I'd certainly watch it. Given how complex EvE can be when you dive deep into the numbers, nevermind the changes from patch to patch, even I'd be interested in making sure I didn't misunderstand anything about the mod's current mechanics.

Why not double command burst in the highs? I understand the cloak it’s a personal choice but the probe launcher is not needed when you could just have it in the cargo bay with a mobile depo if you want to refit it. Also if you use faction multispecs they are 40 mil and give more resists.
I am loving this fit! I'm wondering, if a drekavac can solo c3 with such ease, could a Leshak solo c4? (Yes I know, c5 is better but lets tackle 4 before doing 5...)
Topically you would spider tank 2 cheap leshaks for C4 sites, if you wanted to make a solo leshak work it will cost as much as a good marauder fit and at that point might as well fly a marauder and make more isk per hour. The main draw or purpose of ships like leshaks are their low sp requirements and cost compared to marauders but will need more of them to spider tank each other then a solo marauder
@@captainbenzie Due to the diminishing returning returns. DCU's don't have this penalty. All armour hardeners (except reactive) are single-damage-type specific.
