The app is now in store for android and ios! It isn’t waterproof but can handle rain, you can look through all settings and has a very good manual in it, but you need to pair the watch first to alter or check the minimum/maximum’s for time out etc.
To be honest, in my opinion this is better than the average quality of the statue in some collector's editions. Here they offer us a practical thing that can even be used in everyday life. The price corresponds to other collector editions where there is a figurine or statue inside.

I’m pretty sure once the companion app is released next week with the game, it will do that. Similar to how the pip boy worked but we’ll see when early access goes live.
If it's just a standard bluetooth smartwatch for notifications/time/weather/music controls, why release a companion app at all? My guess is that it's to allow over Wi-Fi integration with the game.
I ran into this trying to find one for my watch. Its smaller than 40mm but not by much. I grabbed a Zagg 40mm screen protector and cut it down to size. Amazon does sell 38mm protectors for about $8, so I'd say try those

I ponder that question as well. I think it has to do with the “nasapunk” aesthetic. The ship is full of bobs and switches so I think they went for a more analog retro feel. Then again it could have just been a cost thing.
Saves battery lol and ye it would be more expensive plus the menus it has touch screen ain't useful plus as a watch user since a kid I have my garmin fénix 7x which was the first garmin with touch screen and i see myself using the buttons more than it lol
I am actually shocked. After how basic the fallout 4 merchandise was, the chrokomark seems leaps and bounds better! There's so many more options to this thing, other than just using it as a convenient thing to show off. This might very well just be the best collectors item we've ever seen come from a game.

I was able to recreate all of the same UI on my Garmin Instinct solar smart watch. I was not lucky enough to have gotten the constellation edition because they were sold out. So, mine is the ghetto edition lol.

Is the maximum timeout 10 seconds? Cause if it's not, why wouldn't you turn it up for the video? Also, is it waterproof? It looks cool, but I don't think I'd choose it over a normal smartwatch by a more known maker. (Apple, Samsung, Fitbit)

There's a few good videos available for NATO strap use on watches. Just put the extra strap pins that come with the watch in and follow one of those. It looks a little confusing at first but its pretty straightforward.
What about the credit with game code on what is the size of it? (Width, height and height) looked rather big on your last video. And what does it weigh?.
Great review, thanks for posting, mine is due on Thursday. Only thing I'm not convinced by is the charger - that 2 pin design, I think you might be in a bit of trouble if you lose that pad. Or have you tried charging with a universal wireless charger?

Worth is relative. It ISN'T tied to the cheapest price or the most bang for the buck product. If you want this watch which is meant for collectors, you have to pay $300+Tax. That simple.
When I got my watch it worked perfectly fine out the box but then It wanted a fireware pdate and after doing that It no longer has bluetooth as a setting in the watch and it no longer pair to my phone. contacted bethesda Support but got the generic response of have you charged it fully, have you try soft and hard resetting which nothing has worked. Hoping someone knows a fix but any insight would be lovely. Its a real shame that its no longer wanting to pair and that certain settings like bluetooth that was on the watch are no longer there.
I would say it’s pretty good, exceeded my expectations. I would say it’s pretty comparable to a mid-high tier Fitbit watch minus sleep and heartbeat monitoring(they made room for other stuff).
Its cool but playing the game will be more than enough for me as obviously thats the whole atraction but the watch is a cool extra if you want to spend and extra chunk of change

Is that a pre-release version? Mine doesn’t have a few of those settings.
This was when it was running on the stock firmware. Once the app was released, the firmware had to be updated. Lot’s changed when that happened.
I'm not getting that colorful logo when swapping between main screens. Are you still getting it after the firmware update?
The firmware update removes the coloured logo. Don’t ask me why, I’m not sure

Fallout 4 was created years ago, and the legendary editions both gave out the Pip-boy which was awesome. A lot of the other merch was great too.

It doesn’t exactly have wireless charging per se but it does come with a magnetic charging dock that aligns itself so the charging pins make contact.

No heart rate monitoring, only fitness it keeps track of is steps. Keep in mind that this watch was made for astronauts. ;)

There's 2 straps
The Nato strap has 12 holes for adjustability. The rubber band already attached has 11 holes with the same spacing as the Nato band.

Sadly, because I live in Japan, Gamestop is not an option for me because they either don’t ship to Japan or if they ship they charge 5x what amazon would charge..
It’s the same reason I didn’t get the Baldur’s Gate 3 or Diablo IV collector’s edition.. :(
