The animation in this intro is over 20 years old and somehow, by some miracle, it aged like fine, fine paupo fruit wine. The character designs, the lighting, even the scenery manages to all be stellar, even without tools we have in the 2020s like Unreal Engine. I can't overstate how much I love this cutscene; it's truly a masterpiece.

I tend to put faith in myself and partners in everything we do now and it’s always worked out lol this game subconsciously changed me mentally, emotionally and spiritually and hasn’t been a game like it since.

The compromise for Donald I’m guessing is that they made him the most powerful mage in SquareEnix’s pantheon of characters.

I remember when I first saw the trailer for kingdom hearts 1 , I remember when Disney channel introduced it. I can still hear the trailers song within my mind to this day. With the revalation of the 3rd kingdom hearts, I was hit with so much nostalgia. I've missed these older games.

I watched and played this for the first time in 2007 but can still remember it like yesterday
I still remember when the Disney channel did these in between show segments during the lead up release of this game...Simple and Clean has to be my canon event....
This game and it’s graphics was way ahead of its time
Tbf, this was the 1.5 Remix version, but yeah CGI in the 2000's was wild, especially for Square.
