Do you know how to program the key fob to a drivers seat/mirror settings? So when I unlock the car the seat and mirrors go to my settings vs wife’s settings?
Yes. You’re going to start the vehicle using your key fob (outside of the garage ofcourse ). Make all your settings, mirrors seats, radio favorites etc, then simply click on the Users icon on the infotainment screen and just following the on screen directions. Towards the end, there is a place to click to assign your specific key fob to the settings you have made. Thanks for watching!
I have this vehicle and I just purchased a new iPhone 15. I have paired the phone to the car. Everything works except I am not getting texts. Any thoughts on how to fix the problem. Thanks
Thanks for the question and yes I have an idea as to how to fix this. The most likely culprit is in the settings on your phone. Basically in order to receive texts in Apple CarPlay you have to turn Announcements on. To do that click on your phones settings, then click on Siri & Search. Now toggle Announcements on. That should take care of it and you should now be able to get texts in ACP. thanks for watching!
I just bought a 2021 Enclave Avenir and it has the rear view mirror camera feature. I flipped the lever but got a pic of a camera with a line through it. The book says see dealer. What does this mean?
Thanks for the question, it means the rear view mirror is not getting a signal from the camera. Short of taking it to the dealership to fix, you could try looking at your fuse diagram in the owners manual, look for a fuse that’s running video, then check the fuse, if it’s bad replace it, or if it’s good try disconnecting the battery, wait a minute, then reconnect the battery and see if that resolves the issue. If there isn’t a message that appears in the infotainment screen right after you turn the car on giving you the option to opt out then take it back to the dealer. They’re supposed to do that for you. Thanks for watching!
@@Vruby951 if you turn the accessory on, the electrical power to the vehicle is On. You’ll need to remember to turn it off just like old days when you had a key. Turn the vehicle power off when you’re finished using the Acc power
@@TwoGuysandaRide oh okay you meant turn off the car because it will be on. I was having trouble because I was driving the car and the wireless charging pad wasn’t working. And I read that I had to turn on the ACC so I had no idea what that meant or where to find it

I would like to permanently turn off the auto stop/start so it doesn't reset to on when I restart the Avenir?
You can't do it. There are some aftermarket parts that claim it can be done but we don't know of any particular brand to recommend

Push the start button once with your foot off the brake. Remember to turn the car off of Accessory when finished

Where is the SD card? My Avenir saying card is not detected.
