In my opinion this is the best looking of the gm siblings. between the enclave, the Acadia, and the traverse i would definitely choose the Buick. The interior is beautiful. Thanks for the great video Roman and TFL.
Im not a big fan of the new trend of big screens for gauge cluster. That white carpet wont stay white for long lol. Im no GM fan but gotta admit it looks really nice
Thanks Roman! I have the last of the big Acadias, sold as the Limited in 2017 alongside the downsized Acadia. I was very happy to see this platform size return to the lineup. There really was a big hole between the seemingly limitless different models of small GM wagons and the Tahoe/Yukon. This was always a popular size wagon and I will never understand why they dropped it. But the good news today is that they are back!
Dont drive like an idiot and change the trans oil every 30k miles. Every car eventually has transmission problems. My mom’s 2009 Honda pilot was slipping because we never changed the oil. After service it ran like new.
I have to agree. I have had 2 wagons with that god awful 6 speed. Neither made it out of warranty without repair. And it's not lack of maintenance or driving it too hard. It's just a crappy transmission. Hopefully this 8 speed is better.
It looks really good, GM has really stepped up their interior game. However, it's a shame that they can't get their electronics better sorted. On top of that, I've been hearing those 8spd trans are having issues
Did Buick just add Spotify after the enclave came out for 2025? Looks like you can play some songs and listen to music, looks identical to the Envision.
What's interesting is that you cannot build this car on the buick website with that color interior. Only white / blue. No white / brown. Wonder if they gave you a pre-production model?
Made in America the 2025 Buick Enclave, starts at $45,000, although its an American car the parts come from Canada, China, Germany, and South Korea so it assembled in America which means you could pay with tariffs $56,000 based on the new calculations, the US will charge the Canada 25% more, other countries 22% and China 10%. If you are planning to buy a 2025 Buick Enclave depending of where the parts come form you will pay close to $50K.
I have the 2024 Traverse Z71, which I really like, but this takes the platform to the next level. The light interior is fantastic. I wish Chevy would have a light tan and light gray interior option. Of course this Buick is about $12,000 more expensive than my Chevy.
I'm as impressed by this as I was by the Telluride when it first came out... I was so impressed then by the Kia I bought one of the first ones on the lot. This same situation might repeat itself with this car. Good work GM.
I thought the same until I got in one. I had already bought the Honda Pilot but damn this immediately came to 2nd place. Made me seriously consider getting a North American car next.
Its the inflation - bought 2010 enclave for $43k in 2010 - when you adjust the inflation it cost $63k in 2024 - reason we felt the increase because cost of living never caught up .

If you look at GM’s sales recently, Buick has gone up quite bit. A lot of them is specifically their new Envista. Bc it is well equipped, and attractive and starts around $21,000-$22,000.
Yea, he may have been right, but these new ones are turning heads. Great features, family friendly, and look good. If they add hybrid they will gain even more traction. Only with there were more manual controls.
I don’t like the fact they do not have the wooden material around the doors and on the steering wheel. I feel like it made the car more luxury. But nice car👍
Buick only really exists for the Chinese market, and even then, they get the GL8 Minivan that has been refreshed for multiple generations now... That being said, I like this interior over the rather hideous Acadia's and the exterior styling looks way better than the Traverse's.

I love the new look but I hate small engines... The 3.6 was fine, but a four cylinder will a turbo no way... Small engines give up faster than a large especially with a turbo for it's too heavy... It's like putting a 6.7 diesel on a semi truck... Damn I'm not happy but the exterior and interior is amazing!
If you were a drummer in a band, you couldn't afford it! 😂😂😂 Plus, if you had your arms full of groceries, it would be hard to get to your key fob. It would be easier to do the river dance. 😂😂😂
Its closer to being Chinese then european 😂 China is Buicks biggest market. Buick about 8-10 years ago sold 2 models that were rebadged opels but none of their new models are based on anything european. The early to mid 2010s was a weird time for buick
The only recent Opal in Buick’s was the Regal, which died in ‘20. The Enclave is is built in Lansing. The Chinese Buick offered in the US is the Envision, built in Shanghai (which the salesmen do not disclose…some don’t even know themselves).

The thing about Buick is that it has a lot of nice features but what does the brand represent? Why not get the GMC version? Secondly, American brands can’t sell these without a discount.
