The lakes were the same way. So many people off from work for Covid, the boat ramps were as busy during the week as they normally are for the weekends.

Great turkey tour!!! I have been practicing my owl hoot and you know your getting better when the owls call back, I used it this spring effectively to locate toms.. can’t wait for the deer tour!!! Going to scout some public here in western PA.. using ONX what a game changer!!! Love the content , love the editing, but the best is the joy you guys share when one of you is successful! It’s what hunting is all about !!

Like Maryland, upstate NY was hard (May 1-31)...Toms barely gobbled so they were hard to roost or find...Once they hit the ground they went quiet...When we started seeing poults, we back dated them and figured the hens were already bred and laying on eggs at the start of the season...Weird season, but with little rain in May, there are a lot of poults this year...

I was just thinking that the best blooper was zach's mustache but you covered that. I like to see you guys in the off season do more show and tell info on the setups you guys use for hunting meaning you guys cover the saddles pretty well but I'd like to see the sticks ( even if they're not beast sticks) the backpacks deer calls etc. cause I'd like your opinions on other things too. As always have a safe and healthy summer and rest up for the deer tour 2020.

You guys keep it real. It isn't the shotgun or the camo you use. Its the scouting and time put in. thanks for showcasing what matters with On X. I followed the whole tour this spring and shot my fist bird in MN. Keep it up!
Out of All the hunting channels that I subscribe to THP is by Far my favorite hands down. You guys are down to earth good ol boys getting it done time and time again even when the odds of success are very small you seem to find a way to figure it out. Plus with a super stalker sniper in your brood like Zach your odds of success improve by a huge margin, Dude can flat out stalk an animal! I'd like to see Zach stalk an antelope if y'all decide to go after them this year.

If you are going to hit Pa for deer hunting look into Allegheny National Forest, in Northwest Pa and there are 500k acres to hunt. Unlimited dispersed camping anywhere. In the same area is land owned by a Lumber company Collins Pine which is open for hunting. They have about 250K acres, check it out.
Missouri 2020 spring was slow for me too. Got one down but seemed like on my private land I hunt flew down and was silent till the last week of season.

I havent ever went turkey hunting but I have been practicing that owl scream to keep the squirrels off my bird feeders.
I think PA would be the biggest challenge yet with hunting pressure especially if it’s not in early October, get DIYSportsman back!

A good way to get Youth involved is like have little meet and greets at like the local fast food joints wherever you guy's hunt at in these different States. Say you know your coming to Ohio to hunt in a certain County,before or after or in-between your time here let Parents know and they can bring down some Merch to have autographed,15 min chat,handshake,maybe a call giveaway. I'm sure there's quite a few people out there that would really like to shake hand(Fistbump) and inspire their kid's by meeting ya'll or having a call or autographed shirt or hat to keep on their wall,etc.. . Just a thought because I'm sure logistics would be involved and that's not easy in a run & gun scenario. Goodluck Fella's!
Y'all should come deer hunt Georgia this year
I hunt public land in northwest central Florida. You can tell a lot of people watch your videos as well as Dave Owens and Shane Simpson etc because of the number of hunters try and owl call "naturally". It is one of the funniest things I've ever heard. I can't begin to describe what it sounds like, but it ISN"T an owl. Makes a crowded Saturday morning hunt that much more enjoyable. Not that I'm all that. I use real owl hooters !!! Great videos and congrats on a great season.

Guys, thanks for convincing me to try public ground. I'm 56 and hunted public for the first time and had a lot of fun. I hunted 1 1/2 miles in and saw no one. Killed a 2 yr old on the 3rd hunt. He couldn't resist the Ninja Hammer.

I know someone who missed a turkey once and threw his shotgun in a mud hole. He came back to get it a day or two later. Still has the gun. But he had some cleaning to do.

Hey I have an idea for some hunts. Me and my friends enter in a managed hunt for Missouri. We have found the area very challenging, you only have two days to hunt it and it has been a blast every year we get drawn for it. I know this is very similar to what you guys do already bouncing around like you do. But I thought something like a managed hunt that you only have a set amount of days you can hunt and it doesn't matter what weather you end up with makes it very challenging and all that much more fun. Was wondering if you guys had ever given that any thought. Anyways love your videos and what you have done for the whole effort of getting folks out hunting. If you have any questions about more specific info about some of the managed hints in Missouri or even the specific one that I am talking about I would be more than happy to help yall out. Thanks
