Simply jaw dropping scenery. This is going onto my bucket list for sure. It looks like a great way to lose the crowd. This kind of walking holiday shows that you do not need snow and skiing to enjoy the beauty of the Italian Dolomite mountains. Prices of the food and transport appear to be very reasonable. Donkeys and ponies were unexpected and they looked wonderful. Thankyou George and Rach
What a place!! Seceda has been on my bucket list for a long time, unfortunately, last time we were in Italy the chairlift was closed fo winter (in May lol). I'm so happy you are having fun on the Dolomites, is a beautiful part of Italy!!
Hi, your video is great, may I know which month you guys visited Seceda because the grassland was not so green. Besides, why didn‘t you take all the hiking route to Seceda without cable car or gondola?
Thank you! Appreciate the sub. From memory I think we spent about 3-4 hours up there. We kept stopping a lot for photos and videos though because it is so picturesque! Happy hiking!!
@@GeorgeSoan So basically if the 1st ride up is at 8:30am.. if i arrive around 8am to the bottom lift start, i should reach by 8:50am. but if i start walking up from there on foot (hiking up) at 8am then i reach the same point (upper stop) around the same time. haha trying to get up there early and save a 20€ (it's 20€ now one way, 30€ roundtrip)
Hello!!! please i would like to know. About the chair lift to seceda, where did you take it? like you had to move from bolzano to where to take that chair lift?
Hello! You can put into Google “Col Raiser” and it should take you to the base of the chair lift where there is parking. Address is Str. Raiser, 65, 39048 Santa Cristina Valgardena BZ, Italy - hope that helps and happy hiking!!
Besides, as for the car rented, were they honest since I have heard some bad comments from the car rental company, will you recommend me any reliable company at the airport, thank you so much!

It would be nice to include a map showing the hiking route, the distance and elevation, so forth
Check the description for a link to the AllTrails which contains all this info

We rented from Hertz at the airport and not having any issues. Currently in the Dolomites from America.
@@ljwgrubb1 you reserved the car on line in advance or in person?
@@schan4347we rented on line
We used this company www.locautorent.com/en/car-rental/locations/veneto/verona/railway-station/ - had a great experience!
