Thanks for the beautiful pictures from the Dolomites. When I was there (early September a few years ago) it was constantly overcast with fog and occasional rain, so any hike to higher elevations was not safe. As I walk alone, I prefer safer mountains with less chance of bad weather, like those in the Canary Islands. ;-)
Completely agree. We were there in September, and only had maybe 2 rain days in 4 weeks. The Canary Islands is much better for less rain, can't wait to go back and visit some other Islands
@@Ace-rt1qq I would highly recommend it. Temperatures are more comfortable, less people. Do the more popular hikes like Lago sotapis and Tre Cime on weekdays so there's no weekenders adding to the crowd. We filmed all of this inbetween early September to early October. We even got a couple cm of snow one evening that made the mountain peaks pop. In my Opinion September is perfect. We stayed in our Van and were never too cold and wore shorts most days, and not too busy for finding great free camping spots

What do you think of the end of September to hike in the Dolomites?? From a crowd, cost and weather perspective?
