My favourite character is Darth Vader because he is so scary even when he's making puns about choking on your aspirations. Especially the Corvette slaughter scene in Rogue One.

I made this for May the Fourth day. Instructions are great. I mixed black acrylic paint with the glue & water mixture to add color.

I was like 'I love Kylo Ren, I have a few cardboard boxes lying around, I've done paper craft before' then I realised I'd have to have a lot more boxes lying around than I do to do this. Better start saving. :) Excellent video none the less.
Haha indeed you'll need a few boxes to make this one, but if you are efficient when you cut them you won't need a huge amount of them! As I said a few boxes should do 😉

Umm and do you think i could make it out of just random cardboard or do you think i should use the carboard links you gave me?!
@@RexStudio-l7h The link are there just in case you don't have enough cardboard, and you want to buy some... but random cardboard will do the job just fine, it is actually what I use too in these videos ;) as long as you are using cardboard that match the thickness mentioned on the templates (approximately...) you're good to go!

I thought this was a good way to talk to you since this creation is recent.because of your inspiration to me I've decided to focus on my pets.ive been constructing a lot of fun stuff out of cardboard, foam board,and pliable substrate to build a fleet of gerbil size shuttle craft, pyramids,and cabins.they enter the shuttle when I open their cage and I "fly" them to their playpen and land them and they have a good old time.thanks to you my many variable toys have made me and my pets happy.cannot wait to see you in action again with your next project.keep us posted.
That sounds like a very fun build John! That's cool. The funny thing is that I'm working on a space shuttle as we speak too lol it's going to be my next tutorial ;) what size is the one you make for your pets? It must be quite big, isn't it?...
@@EpicCardboardProps actually,the craft I made for the gerbils are small.about a foot long by seven inches.the design is simple.i left the front part open and there is a circular window either side and in front on the top so they can look out.the design is based on the puddle jumper shuttle from the show Stargate Atlantis just for reference.i built three of them.then i filled them with bedding.the gerbils really love it.but the cabin is about two feet long that I made for my hamster.its funny we are working on similar projects.

For me my favourite character from Star Wars will always be the original chosen one or aka Anakin skywaler or Darth Vader because of his excellent force abilities and even his excellent experience from a little boy to his redemption and even his cool hallway scene in rogue one

@@EpicCardboardProps rewatching the video, again, and I wanted to inform you that there's some differences aside from the red welds/cracks I've never really paid attention to. The entire helmet looks a bit smoother than its very rough look in TFA, and some areas are more sunken than before it was smashed into pieces, there's also the dents you forgot to add to the original but it would be much trickier to add them but would be cool to see if you were to somehow do it.

Cant wait to give this a try with my son. He watches your videos over and over again and we have piles of hot glue sticks and cardboard scraps all over the place. We just finished finished our mandalorian helmet and cant wait to give this a try.

Oh my god, it’s really amazing, it’s a shame to waste the inner cardboard but still is awesome, just an advice my friend, you should consider if you want, to color it when you finish it, I can assure you that it would look even more amazing, Saludos desde México
That's nice thank you! But I won't paint it because cardboard is not a good material when it comes to that part unfortunately, like at all... Painting it would make all the imperfections much more visible, and it would end up looking like a craft made by a young child lol to a certain extent... to keep the "wow effect" you need to see that it's made from cardboard

Thank you Edmond!! But hot glue is quite cheap, patience is a matter of practice and you can find cardboard everywhere! You could ask to your local store for instance, most of the time they are more than happy to have someone that get rid of their cardboard boxes for them 😉

Nope but I didn't make it to do so, I'm not a cosplayer. That being said you could easily replace the cardboard by a piece of plastic (from a bottle for instance) that would work just fine! 😉

I have the hammer and axe part done now and i just love the building and i am satisfied with my build for only $1.99!! My 3 favorite ones are millenium falcon, stormbreaker and mjölnir!
