    Today's recipe is for a delicious chilled yogurt chiffon cake.
    Plenty of lemon and yogurt combine to create a sticky cheesecake-like flavor.
    ▷Ingredients (12 cm)
    3 egg yolks
    10 g + 50 g granulated sugar
    1 lemon zest, grated
    20 g lemon juice
    50 g unsweetened yogurt
    65 g rice flour
    25 g rice oil
    3 egg whites
    ▷How to make:
    1. Separate the eggs into egg whites and yolks, and refrigerate the egg whites.
    2. Add 10g granulated sugar to the egg yolks and mix well. 3.
    3. Mix lemon juice and unsweetened yogurt well, and add to the mixture (add lemon zest if available).
    4. Add rice flour and mix well until smooth, then add rice oil.
    5. Lightly beat the chilled egg whites and add 50g granulated sugar in 3 batches to make a meringue.
