    thanks, i successfully kick up on my left leg. The feeling is so different compare to headstand. It feels so insecure with my hand on the ground only.

      So glad to hear that you kick up successfully:) yes, HS is an advance practice, the contact is so little, it takes lot of strength from shoulder & arm. So it absolutely normal to feel insecure at the beginning. It takes slow & practice often, you will get stronger. Namaste.

      如果初學的話🥰除了基本練習外,我覺得一天15-20分鐘練習手倒立已很足夠。
