thanks, i successfully kick up on my left leg. The feeling is so different compare to headstand. It feels so insecure with my hand on the ground only.
So glad to hear that you kick up successfully:) yes, HS is an advance practice, the contact is so little, it takes lot of strength from shoulder & arm. So it absolutely normal to feel insecure at the beginning. It takes slow & practice often, you will get stronger. Namaste.

Thank you for your video. I try to follow your instruction but feel very hard to keep forearms parallel to each other. What is the reason to prevent elbows from sliding to the side?
Hey so glad you like the video. It’s very common to find hardly hug in the elbow into parallel forearm. No worry. This is coz of the tightness of the shoulder. The reason we do that it’s to centralize the energy from stack joining (shoulder & elbow join) for effective lifting. In the meanwhile, if you find it’s really hard at the moment, u can hold opposite elbow, instead of keep forearm parallel, you can try ‘palm together’ (prayer position). It’s a good alternative options for students who have tight shoulder ❤️🙏☺️hope this helpful
Thanks for the video. I can do the splits and crow pose, but I can't do Chaturanga in 90 degree. Is it the reason I can't manage this pose as well?
Hey I’m glad you like the video. A solid chaturange is the base of EPK2. I think this is one of the reason. Other then that, an active splits is helpful too. EPK2 also called ‘flying split’. So I will suggest you to actively spread out the leg into the pose to make the bottom lighter 🙏☺️hope it’s helpful

@@CFORSTUDIO I used to study and teach Aikido in my younger days and can really relate to you and your teaching method. You have a really pleasant and relaxed nature which goes hand in hand with yoga. I'm now running trails alot more nowadays so am trying to find ways to improve flexibility and strengthen more core muscles and maybe even learn a new discipline while I'm at it. Thank you! I think you can do both at the same time☺️Crow is the basic of most of the arm balance including handstand. Learn to engage the shoulder and the serratus in crow for sure will help the handstand 🙏☺️
