Would this help prolapse after giving birth?
You may not be a professional belly dancer, but you have excellent teaching skills. You are gifted in your ability to impart knowledge where learning actually takes place!. Perhaps your extensive knowledge of kinesiology helps, but broken down beautifully for the beginner 👍🏼
Thank you for your kind words 😊
I love this too. I use it daily with your affirmation video. Thankyou for being so giving 💜
We are glad to hear that Dr. Bri’s resources are helpful. ~ Vibrant Support
Wow ive been belly dancing for years but stopped never realized it was great for bladder leakage 😅 thank you .

@@vibrantpelvichealth Maybe something about 25 minutes in length?
@@vibrantpelvichealth Yes, please that would be great maybe 20 minutes
What a fabulous workout! What a joy to be a woman! 💚💚💚 Thank you Dr. Bri!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Dr Pri , I loved this demo and explanation of the belly dance moves for pelvic health ! ....a double ,or even a triple whammy for sure !! Perhaps even more... as we smile doing these and a reciprocal message of enjoyment and wellbeing is sent to the cells also activating the Chakras .. 🙏Chakras . wow !! Thank you for helping me add content to my in person Yoga sessions.. love this feeling of aliveness even at age 74+ ❤
I love this!!! So glad you danced with me and enjoyed the workout!
This was such a great workout for the pelvic floor, abs and so much more. Thank you ❤
Glad you liked it!!
I would actually love a belly roll class. It’s tough but feels fantastic!
I have a hip circles and belly rolls workout right here! ruclips.net/video/kiVg81unbxo/видео.html :)
Your explanation is fantastic! I do not know how to dance (in general, I have two left feet) and I feel clumsy and not very feminine most of the time. But boy, this was so much fun (although I do not get the belly roll) so I will make this video part of my daily routine. Thank you!
You're so welcome! Have fun !
Loved 🥰 this workout! Paired it with a great rollout for my legs at the end🙌🏾💕!!!!!😘
Wonderful!
Love this. It reminds me of your hip figure 8 routine, 14 minutes. It is my very favourite of your routines! ❤❤
Glad you enjoy it!
Hi Dr Bri ireally love the morning exercise i have so much pain thank u
You're so welcome! I hope you feel better soon ❤️
Great video, amazing exercise, detailed explanation.!! Million thanks
Thank you very much! Great workout, will be one of my favourites))
Yayy!
This is sweet, thank you for sharing! We refer to the hip shimmy as the butt shimmy because the imagery gives more versatility. A lot of people use their sides for the hip shimmy and it ties up the torso from doing layering moves.
Thank you for sharing !
I'm so happy to have watched this marvelous video! Thank you so much!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Loved this, thank you!
You're so welcome!
When i did belly dancing i noticed that my pelvic floor bc much stronger., it was very much fun and it made u feel so feminine with the arm movements
Theres belly dance lessons that started during covid and there was free lessons, one was from england and she was the best teacher, she had different levels so if u couldn’t keep up, she would explain how to do every move!
Thank you. I really enjoyed this. Some moves were challenging and need some practice. I’m sure I’ll be feeling this tomorrow but in a good way! 😊🌻
You're welcome! I'm glad you give it a try!
very useful video. I really enjoy doing it. And I shall continue to do so with you. Thank you
Thank you for dancing with me !

Have fun in class!!
i took belly dance years ago and i wasnt really into the technicle parts of it like my teacher was but i must say you are great from what i remember! did you ever take classes? if not i think you would love it. i havent done this in so long this was such a good workout. it doesnt seem like much but i was breathing like i did something! that figure 8 chest was hard im glad you incorporated both upper and lower. im gonna play this back thank you. im glad i found this because i used to workout alot but have stopped because its so boring as soon as i saw u do this i wanted to follow. i really forgot how good this is for your hips and chest
Glad you enjoyed this video !!
I really enjoyed this. Thanks so much. I really loved the songs too. Where can I find them please?
You can use the app Shazam to scan the songs being played. The songs used in the vdeo are dj music- Armonias Del Sol and Grammy's lofi- Nightfall on Spotify. ~ Vibrant Support
Hip circles r the best
Its a really good work out too
Maybe you already did this, but it would be nice if you did another video with just the exercises in a dance or something so that once people see this and practice the moves we can go to the other one and just do a 20-30 minute exercise.
Thank you for your suggestion!
The belly dancers name is Leila Issac and she has lessons for sale, but she is in England , she also has videos to buy
Wow so nice movements ❤👌
Love this, thank you ❤
You are a beautiful dancer! Of any style ^ I recently found your videos, they are a fame conger, thank you! It wasn't till I stopped bellydanci g to care for my mother 10 years ago, thst I actually started to have issues...funny how that works ...Anyway, this music. Is beautiful, but it is more suited for more flowy moves. The mo es you are doing normally would have more staccato 🌺
Thank you for your comment! Glad you liked the routine!
Wow amazing
Wow you look amazing
One of my favorite video's ❤ love your outfit!!! ❤❤❤ thank you
Can i do these movements 7 week po abdominal hysterectomie?
Glad you like this video! Please talk to your healthcare provider about exercising. They know best !

Great job! Thank you for dancing with me!
Thank u so much
Thank you for dancing with me :)
I have a balance problem ! Wish I could do this!
If you want to try the moves again, you can try two things to help with your balance: place your feet wider apart (than I show on the video), and/or lightly hold onto a surface -- such as a wall or countertop -- for support.
Thus is great..
Thanks 🙏 mam.. please make a video how to built pelvic muscles strong pl

Yes it is!
I'm excited to try these! Where did you get your pants? I love them!
Unfortunately, they are no longer available.
Loved this! I was wondering, can I do this every day? And does it also help with scolioses and other imbalance in the body? Thanks
Feel free to do it as many times as you want to. Make sure to take a moment to relax your body afterwards :) Belly dancing is good for the pelvic floor and the whole body ~ Leila from Vibrant Support
Brianne
You would make a gorgeous bellydancer.
💐👍
Fantastic video bri. I wouldn’t mind a belly dance video here and there more commonly!
There are some other videos on RUclips for beginner belly dancing. But if want to get top-notch instructors, there are some excellent DVD's out there you can purchase [still much cheaper than paying for $$ belly dance lessons]
I wish my english is good and I wish I know how to follow instructios how to dance. This is not easy
Take it slow !
Workout + entertainment 💪 🥰
Awww ! Thank you!
I have to go find a mirror....the figure 8 with my chest is evading me. I'm not giving up.
The mirror is a great idea for feedback !

Thanks! Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the brand -- the label just has an image of hands!
