You must live pretty far North? I’ve run my rc cars in that cold of weather…usually only gets that cold a couple times over the winter….it’s not fun though
I think it could be cool….a good 8s system should push this sized machine around well….I still wouldn’t consider the Baja a big time basher though….an Electric Baja in the Dunes over small jumps would be perfect….I’ve honestly thought about converting mine…but I think I’d probably buy another one before I’d do that
@RC Knockout couldn't believe the owner would say that to him . The guy said I'm looking for a nitro car- you know, gas powered, because batteries don't last. I thought it was the same thing- I strictly run electric, have no idea. New Subscriber!
@@doubledome2076 appreciate the subscription! Yeah Nitro fuel and Gas Powered Engines are different….2 stoke Gas Powered are pretty simple to tune….just gotta mix oil with the gas before fueling…..I don’t have personal experience with Nitro but I’ve heard they are very finicky to tune and keep running good on a consistent basis…that is surprising that the owner would say that though
Hey Nolan good to see you back at it I recently picked up a Traxxas hoss and at my local hobby shop and why I was there they told me about a cold weather package I could put on it and the kit really does come with everything have you ever thought about doing a review on this kit and seeing that we both live where it's cold do they make one for your x-max I guess the kit works on your four-wheel drive slash as well something to check into probably get a lot of interest seeing that there are no videos about these kits and I'm just wondering if there any good or not before I buy it and I'm sure I'm not the only one great video by the way keep up the good work
Thanks man! You’re picking up new machines left and right aren’t you lol….have fun with your Hoss! The only kit I’m aware of for the Xmaxx is the Wide-XMaxx kit….I’ve never heard of a cold weather kit….that would be cool to review for the Slash but since I have Rpm Arms and shock towers on both my Slash’s it wouldn’t make much sense for me to try it personally….especially with funds tight right now…..I’m assuming that it basically just arms and hub carriers?
@@RCKnockout I am up to 6 of them and I started buying RC's about 4 months ago working on them is helping me with my post-traumatic stress disorder and basic mindfulness I like to tinker on them I ordered the kit for the hoss I was a subcontractor but I got hurt 🤕 my son is in South Korea chemical weapons expert he's 20 he sent me a video of him being tased but he is a tuff kid but it dropped him I am off topic the fire team is for him so I am not counting that one 😂

"THAAAAAT DEEEED NAAAAUGHT FLYYYYYY GOOOOOOD!" - Satan voice
I think the trick to keeping the nose up is stiffening up that front suspension and making sure the rear end is really well damped
Thanks for the tip!
i love watching your videos every day, thank you!
Appreciate it man!
I love the slow mo replay voices 😅
Lol 😂
Let's Go 🔥
Cool video 🔥👍🏽💯💪🏾 I have been looking at the Rovan Baja 36cc
Glad you liked it! I’m sure a Rovan would be a fun machine

Awesome man! Have fun ripping it! 👍😉
🔥 CARNAGE 🔥 😆 👍🏻
Absolute Carnage!
Screaming baja
Oh yeah!
I would run my slash today in the snow with paddles, but it's -15 degrees f right now :/

@RC Knockout yeah I live in Minnesota; the winters are pretty harsh.
@@redles4212 yeah they are cold….it’s difficult to get out and rc in the winter…..not much you can do about it…

Guy walks into my local hobby shop and asks for a nitro car. 1st question the owner asked = WHY❗️❓️- nitro is dead.
Cool car.
Thanks! This one’s not Nitro powered though…..It’s 2-stroke Gas Powered

Baja buggies don't fly well at all and land right on the back a lot if you send them that way
Yeah it’s not a good ramp setup but I agree from my experience that the Baja doesn’t jump well off of most jumps
@@RCKnockout the hpi 5t jumps better I have both of them
