What was the weather when you went there? Will be going this Monday and weather would be around 50’s, not sure if I have to have a mid layer or insulated jacket. Thanks
@@karlomontano9 it was clear, but I got a hot and humid day. 50 degree weather is my favorite. I didn't realize it until I was done the hike, but Greenleaf Hut has a well if you run out of water. I don't know exactly where the well is located. Have fun and stay safe.
@@jrfloress_ Bring layers. It will most likely be cold above the treeline. It is a great hike, but it is difficult. Do the loop the way I did, because the trail is more steep going up, instead of going down. There are, I think six river crossings within the first two miles, so if you can, hike with someone. I did it solo, but I prefer hiking with someone. Bring a first aid kit just in case. I've never needed it, but it's comforting to have. Make sure you have enough water too. I hope this helped. Have fun. It's an amazing hike.
One of my favorite hikes I have ever done
I hiked it last year. Amazing trail❤
This is gorgeous! Will definitely check this out when we're out there!
@@LiveHardxLoveHard you both could go much faster than me
