God ki and Destruction Energy are 2 different forms. God Ki was stated to just be a more refined/stronger version of Ki that was obtained by training/sparring with the angels. Destruction Energy was earned by becoming a candidate for GoD or becoming a GoD themself, which produces the Hakai technique. Freeza theoretically could have some version of God ki as again it's just a better version of regular ki, not much of a difference besides not being able to sense it unless you have it too. Ki sensing is based on what type of ki you have, you sense regular ki if you're a ki user and regularly are around Ki users, which is why Goku and gang can sense ki but, Freeza couldn't. Freeza never fought much himself, never fought any ki users despite being one himself and he never had a need to sense it since he was born when scouters were a thing. God ki users can sense god ki if they're around God ki users regularly, such as WHIS or BEERUS who they TRAIN with. Freeza fought Goku in blue form and fought alongside him in the ToP so theoretically he COULD have it in the main timeline. Not in this What if though.

So Hyourin answered some of these questions. Frieza trained the entirety of his stay in Hell in this what-if, so he's stronger than Frieza in Super by quite a lot. That's why GT Goku was said to have no chance of winning. It's Super 17 arc Goku vs True Golden Frieza, but much stronger than we've ever seen him. The first purple ball thing contained Cell, foreshadowing his later appearance. Frieza healed his tail a couple of times in the main series by transforming and in GT he was immortal in Hell, the two were combined for that scene.

I don't know if the creator of this battle has insight on theories around DB GT, but it seems like he does, since before going SSJ4, he went back into base form, and then went SSJ4. The existing theory about SSJ4 is that It's not a 'Super Saiyan' transformation, it's a higher Oozaru Transformation. It's like the next level after the Giant Ape. DBS Broly kinda touch around that. Imagine a 'skill tree' in an RPG Game, one side you can go SSJ1 then SSJ2, SSJ3...On the other side you can go to Great Ape, and then "SSJ4", but it's more like 'Super Oozaru'. With that theory in mind, it actually is possible to go Super Saiyan (yellow hair) while in the SSJ4 form, just like before transforming to SSJ4 there was the Golden Great Ape, to begin with.
XadowMonzter that would make no sense ssj4 is a condensed Golden great ape, a golden version of ssj4 would be a ssj2, since ssj4 is a great ape with súper saiyan in a smaller body, technically, goku could go ssj4 if he was in ssj1 since he would only need to add the ozaru, it is just like blue and ssj, in the tournament of power we see goku is capable of turning blue while ssj and god, but still in his first fight with jiren he goes back to base from god to then turn blue just because he wanted to do it like that
The god transformations, including Blue, are based on perfect control over one' ki, something Goku didn't really have in SS4, that control was necessary to prevent the kaioken from tearing him apart with that much energy, he implied that during the fight with hit, after also saying it was still incredibly dangerous even while in Blue.

Freeza does NOT have God Ki, he's just that strong all on his own. No outside help needed.

Frieza trained the entirety of his stay in Hell in this what-if, so he's stronger than Frieza in Super by quite a lot. That's why GT Goku was said to have no chance of winning. It's Super 17 arc Goku vs True Golden Frieza, but much stronger than we've ever seen him.
The first purple ball thing contained Cell, foreshadowing his later appearance.
Frieza healed his tail a couple of times in the main series by transforming and in GT he was immortal in Hell, the two were combined for that scene.
Not to mention that his training partner was none other than Perfect Cell.
That goku wasn’t the shadow dragon arc goku, this is super 17 arc goku, this goku is way weaker than the shadow dragons arc one which was the one that appeared in gt vs super

Since it just a mess of crazies ideas and not taking all the official info, statement, and power levels that was gather within all the DB series.

I don't know if the creator of this battle has insight on theories around DB GT, but it seems like he does, since before going SSJ4, he went back into base form, and then went SSJ4.
The existing theory about SSJ4 is that It's not a 'Super Saiyan' transformation, it's a higher Oozaru Transformation. It's like the next level after the Giant Ape. DBS Broly kinda touch around that.
Imagine a 'skill tree' in an RPG Game, one side you can go SSJ1 then SSJ2, SSJ3...On the other side you can go to Great Ape, and then "SSJ4", but it's more like 'Super Oozaru'.
With that theory in mind, it actually is possible to go Super Saiyan (yellow hair) while in the SSJ4 form, just like before transforming to SSJ4 there was the Golden Great Ape, to begin with.
XadowMonzter that would make no sense ssj4 is a condensed Golden great ape, a golden version of ssj4 would be a ssj2, since ssj4 is a great ape with súper saiyan in a smaller body, technically, goku could go ssj4 if he was in ssj1 since he would only need to add the ozaru, it is just like blue and ssj, in the tournament of power we see goku is capable of turning blue while ssj and god, but still in his first fight with jiren he goes back to base from god to then turn blue just because he wanted to do it like that

The god transformations, including Blue, are based on perfect control over one' ki, something Goku didn't really have in SS4, that control was necessary to prevent the kaioken from tearing him apart with that much energy, he implied that during the fight with hit, after also saying it was still incredibly dangerous even while in Blue.

Golden Cell shouldn't even exist, he peaked at around SSJ2 level...he can't improve beyond that. He became perfect after absorbing the two androids...he can't go beyond that. Yeah, he can train more, but can he really go beyond SSJ2 level? Doubt it.
