Yup, because perfected blue has no aura because your condensing all of your blue aura inside your body for maximum power. so instead of the red being stacked on top of the blue aura its inside his body mixing with the blue ki, its kinda awesome.

basically the colur is because goku fused the dark blue SSGBA and the bright red of the kaioken into on single transformation instead of just stacking them i love it cause its possible in dragon ball and isnt used much my favourite one i though of is mixing pure progress from hit with potential unleashed pure progress makes someone gain the absolute most in terms of skill progression during a fight or traning while potential unleashead make someone be at there absolute best they could be at that point together theyd cause a feedback loop wheres someone potential and fighting skill would constanly increase while using the form i call pure potential to the point it outmatches the zenkais of the saiyans massivly best part is they power you gain in the form is permanant if you keep traning which in itself because far easier and more usefull while using the form i used it for my head canon for my human XV2 character being able to defeat beerus whis masterd ultra instinct goku

the pink is most likely from him using the completed blue, where against zamasu in the manga he contained blue's full power, i cant find the reference vid with the multiplyers but that blue goes from 1,000,000 to 50,000,000 multiplyer and then he uses kai-o-ken with the complete blue. which changes the colout to the pink, cant be ssr cus rosay has grey eye colour. thereto mymaz said fok yow ssbe vegeta. I just want to put this out there for all who are confused with this, this follows the manga portion of the story. In the manga, Goku perfected blue when he fought Fused zamasu and he even pulled out kaioken x20 I think against jiren. I thought goku got rose and I was legitimately SO HYPED because super saiyan rose and 4 are my favorite transformations. But I was kind of sad when they revealed it was just kaioken.

They follow the manga. In the manga kaioken was never used until the fight with jiren in the T.O.P. If I remember correctly.
Dazaiel said that this doesn't follow the Manga but it's own timeline he made.
