    0:50 that stretch just helped me save my knees.
    I've been squatting with my toes pointing forward but after trying that stretch and forcing my feet to point out I immediately felt less strain on my knees.

      It's the other way around. Hiit obviously builds muscle and burns fat hence he's working legs using weights and it's still hiit and not just somewhere running for a long amount of time. Look at distance runners in cross country then look at the body of a short sprinter in track and field. That's the difference between the two for an example.

    Is this to grow your legs then or just like a recovery sort of thing? My legs used to weak but they're good now, I've got small joints and the amount of knee pain, ankle pain and hip pain I have for days after a session is shit and I'm only 25 😂 any suggestions to help guys?

    Steve, the douce I want to one day be. Smart, honest but likes to have fun and play jokes. I am very similar to Steve but of coarse Steve is way awesomer and cooler and ripped and amazing and cool and awesome.... And, and.. And.. But in the end of the day, Steve has the right mindset for someone trying to build muscles and achieve goals in the gym. Good example and someone worth following through time. Love ya Steve!
