Look at distance runners in cross country then look at the body of a short sprinter in track and field. That's the difference between the two for an example.
Is this to grow your legs then or just like a recovery sort of thing? My legs used to weak but they're good now, I've got small joints and the amount of knee pain, ankle pain and hip pain I have for days after a session is shit and I'm only 25 😂 any suggestions to help guys?
