5:15 my local card shop uses these lights. I really like how they check out each card under them before pricing. They also let you take a peek as well. Makes a very nice and comfortable transaction.
Obviously it is highly useful to use the same standards for QC on both sides (you and TCG player), that reduces the chances of misunderstandings on conditions f the condition shows up the same way under the same lights.

I have an armed light bar, one stays over the desk. The other is on a bendable arm and has a magnifier, and a small circular light I use to check cars over etc! Glad I do something a big time shop is doing too!
