Thank you for your comment Darren, I’m going to keep watching all your videos on what your doing and hope to see you work on the worksman. I agree with the torque of electric but I don’t like the cost of the battery and the fact that you can run out of charge if your not careful. I like the idea of pulling into a gas station filling up and heading back down the road. I guess it all has trade offs. Have a great day. 👍
Any update on the trike project? How is it working out? I would like you to please list the exact gears you chose for torque versus speed. I hope you make a video at 13-15 mph and with all the turn signals and chain and throttle, etc. Thanks for this video and a upcoming update?
Hello Jeff....I still have my trike and I still have the engine system mounted but after thinking it out I have decided to go with an electric motor instead ....why....more torque ....silent operation ....less potential problems...,.It will be much more streamline.....good question you asked .....I have like 7 or so e bikes so I know the advantages of going electric quite. well.
Did the new sprocket just fit on the original shaft and if so what size is it? I was just gonna hook up to the original freewheel but I wanna still be able to pedal so I might buy another one. I'm in zion
I can't wait to see your project work on the road. All my congratulations on your work.
Here is an Idea for you to mount a trailer hitch and you can pull a lawn tractor trailer behind your trike.

Cool idea! On your Staton gearbox, what model and gear reduction did you use?
What happened to this project? I looked through your video list and didn't see anything else on the trike.
What did you do with your worksman trike? I’m considered building one but not seeing yours here I’m thinking it might not be a good idea. Thanks.
