  • What we've got here is truly the GOAT of all muscle cars, a gleaming 1967 Pontiac GTO. Just like the song, this GTO comes equipped with everything a GTO is known for, a massive 400 C.I. V8 engine, and an aggressive-sounding dual exhaust system. What's more, this GTO is presented with a positively stunning color combination - bright red paint, a white vinyl top, and white pinstriping. Nothing says the 1960s like this GTO! In 1967, the GTO undertook a few styling changes, such as how the louver-covered taillights were replaced with eight taillights, four on each side. The 1967 model year also required new safety features, such as a new an energy-absorbing steering wheel and a padded instrument panel. Powered by a correct YS-code 400 C.I. V8 breathing through a 4-barrel carburetor, this GTO is not hurting for power in any way. Torque gets to the pavement through a three-speed "Turbo-Hydramatic" TH-400 automatic transmission, which is equipped with a Hurst Performance dual-gate shifter that permits either automatic shifting in "drive" or manual selection through the gears. Now, what actually sets this GTO apart from the rest is its color combination. Covered in an absolutely brilliant bright red matched to a white vinyl top and white pinstriping laid over a body that is as straight as a board, this GTO is sure to turn heads anywhere it goes. The interior is equally stunning, with white vinyl trim to match the top and woodgrain accenting on the dashboard and center console. The bucket seats are just as comfortable as they look, perfect for both going fast AND cruising. Options fitted to this classy Pontiac include power steering, power brakes, air conditioning, a deluxe woodgrain steering wheel, factory gauges, a stock working clock, a vintage-style updated AM/FM/Cassette stereo system, seatbelts, and some great-looking chrome dual-exhausts. The car rides on some classic Pontiac chrome GTO wheels on top of some sporty B.F. Goodrich RWL tires. This GTO is looking for a new home, and we think it would look fantastic sitting in your garage.

Wow, just a beauty, I went to your website, the only thing I could even think about purchasing, maybe is the Satelite or the Le Mans, sister cars, every thing else is 50, 60 80k, I would have to remortgage the house, it`s crazy where the prices went these days. My buddy at work just bought a mint 70 Camaro SS with a 502 that screams, it sounds like a beast for 40K. I gotta just watch and pray I hit the lottery, hehe, it`s nice to dream though.

"3 deuces with a 4speed ( both missing) and a 389. That's 1 out of three.,.since y'all quoted the song in the car description. 2 BIG pieces in my book. Very nice car but...tri power and 4 spd's are ALOT of driving fun and MAJOR identifiers for that kind of money. Jmo

Not just your opinion, but mine too. Course, you know there wasn't any trips in 67, (factory), but the 4 spd is what makes the performance car...of the day. And with not only the TH400, but also pwr everything and A/C, makes it more of a luxury car, than a performer. But it is a super clean machine, and will make the right buyer very happy. Someone looking for the "image", but not caring about flat out acceleration.

Yes, huummmm, us admirers of the great years steel have gotten a little long in the tooth. The comfort is pretty much a "must have!". Beautiful compromise no doubt. I passed on a dodge viper a few yrs. ago because no heat, no air...smh.

@@birddog6700 Some have become spoiled, no doubt. Especially with the ODs. I remember tooling down the hi-ways in my 65 goat, trips, Muncie, and 3.55s, at about 3200 rpms. For hours at a time. Long distance. 12 MPGs. (Who cared when you were 20 something). Now-a-days 2500 sounds like the eng. will come thru the hood.

No doubt, I'm right there with ya. We grew up in magical times! I doubt that I'd even buy a numbers car. I have to roll that classic steel. I don't care for the Chevelle body style goats, 68 was my year. The mustang "boss 302" was another. Not the biggest or fastest but cool as hell! Just fun cars....what a magical time indeed
