One thing I would say as a Former Honda tech it’s easier if you disconnect and re attach the parking cable while the caliper is bolted to bracket saved me a lot of frustration
When you are taking off the emergency brake bolt, this can't be done with a ratchet wrench because there is not enough leverage. You have to loosen it while it's still on. Otherwise you will have to put it back on, which is a hassle. It's easier with the air tool. It's also obviously much easier if you have a lift. Also, these calipers look exactly like the new Raybestos calipers I got from Rock Auto.
Got my brake pads, rotors, calipers replaced in my 2009 Honda Accord. Now the handbrake is extremely loose. Should they have adjusted the handbrake at the time of repair? Thanks
I love your videos man you’re extremely educational man! Life saver for real! Question, to “bleed the brakes”, can i do the same process you did which you opened the valve til fluid ran out consistently without the air bubbles?

This is an excellent how to video. Made it really easy to install new brake caliper
Thanks for the clear instructions. This is a big help, doing my honda this weekend.
Thanks so much, just got my rotors and calipers in the mail and installed them today!
This is great since I just did my rear brakes and had some dripping when pushing the piston back. Looks like this is my next project.
wow I don't remember those washers😮 Thanks
No clip for the brake pads? Seems like the brakes I been buying for my 08 honda have a spring like clip I have to install into the holes.

This is a perfect tutorial 👌
Thanks for the video.
How are these TRQ calipers? Are they good quality? Do they last a long time like OEM calipers?
How important are the washers that you reinstalled?
Clear and simple !! Thank you

Is hand brake adjustment not needed?
Thank you 1000%

When you remove the emergency brake cable from the back of the caliper, is the emergency brake on or off ?

no bleeding the breaks?
I had to stop this job I couldn't get the e-brake cable off the caliper
Those carrier bolts were far too loose
Spend over 10 minutes explaining a regular brake job. Main question is how to remove the ebrake cable. Not very useful
