I've lived in Sebastopol, Ca for over 40 years. I've also been fortunate enough to travel the world when I was younger. I cannot imagine a better place (for me) than Sebastopol. I absolutely love it. So many great, creative people. Artists, musicians, and writers all around me. It's gotten really expensive because there hasn't really been any new construction, which most of us already here appreciate.
Reason # 7. If you dislike fresh air and 200+-foot Redwoods. You will not like (West) Sebastopol. I have lived here for 32 years. I have seen more than most of this planet, and I have no desire to move anywhere else. It is magical.
It's not poor planning if the plan was to limit growth and maintain small roads. If what you want is fast moving traffic, move to the suburbs with multi-lane roads. If you build roads, they will come. So, we prefer not to increase access to our slice of heaven.
it may have about 8,000 people, but it serves over 50K folks roaming west county who funnel through town and make traffic an absolute clinical disaster.....why else would a town of 8,000 have Fircrest Market, Whole Foods, Safeway, Pacific Market and Lucky?

Couldn’t agree more! Sebastopol truly is magical ✨
I can't imagine living anywhere else. I've lived in the same home here for over 40 years and will never move.
Lived there 36 yrs ❤
when I have seen Ca, I was thinking of Canada at first but this is still a good channel
Good feedback so we don't confuse people! Thanks for the comment!
I like your tour videos.
Thank you so much for the kind comment! It’s helpful to see the different options if you’re visiting or moving soon
As a Santa Cruz local and then moving to SF in 99. Let go! change happens dude
Change totally happens! We love all the history or our area and the awesome updates coming in
Traffic sucks! Poor planning has made mid-afternoon gridlock. Unpleasant over all to drive and park.
Agreed traffic has gotten worse! But it comes with those two lane roads and more people wanting to live in this location… blessing and a curse 😆

Felicitaciones por el gigantesco guion propagandistico de Zelenski; que aunque tiene todo oerdido aparece ganando en todo.
