I grew up in Rohnert Park and graduated from Rancho Cotati High. Back then Rohnert Park and Cotati were just country town's surrounded by fields full of Jack Rabbits and creeks everywhere. I've lived up here in northern Oregon now for about 30 years and the last time I was down there for a visit I was blown away by how much the area has grown which I can't honestly say I like very much, but I'm happy to see that indeed a lot of what makes Sonoma County a magic place has been thankfully preserved. There are 4 Oliver's Market. Cotati is the original store. Then there is 2 in Santa Rosa. On Stony Point and Monticito Blvd. and the last one is in Windsor.

Word is out on the housing. A 1700 sq ft single level house with a 3 car garage was listed at 875 and sold for 910. Yes, we have 3 car garages!
