You know, maybe someday for her birthday, we her fans should see if we can show up and clean up her shop for her for her birthday week as a thank you for her videos.
Seeing all these animals you groom that are anxious, poorly behaved/socialised/trained etc, its a breath of fresh air to see a dog that's just chilling, so comfortable letting you do your thing.

Since adopting my rescued Sarplaninac and her son (who we think is a cross - he looks like a Leonberger) I have two hobbies: brushing my dogs, and vacuuming my house. Both tasks need to be done about three times a week, but the dogs are wonderful and so worh it.
@@fisherman7834 Mom is about 87 pounds and son is 109. Both are at vet-approved lean and healthy weights, but mom looks chubby because she has so much fur!
@@fisherman7834 I knew Caucasian Shepherds were that big, but I didn't know Sarplaninacs could be as well. Yes, very smart and quick learners but also have a strong independent streak. They were bred to think for themselves so receive some commands more as a suggestion for consideration rather than a direct order. Mine are also very sweet and not at all aggressive despite the ferocious barking. And they do bark a lot.
@@gumbootgardenerWell, at least all the birds in the neighborhood will have luxurious nests thanks to all this fur 😂 My neighbors and I leave our "sheds" in nets or rolled into small floofs in the bushes - of course, the pidgeons aren't interested but other birds seem absolutely obsessed. We made sure to ask if flea prevention can harm hatchlings but all vets said not to worry.

They're probably the best guardian dogs in my (completely non-biased) opinion. They'll protect everything - children, sheep, smaller dogs - from anyone they deem suspicious, no matter the threat's size or numbers. But, once you earn their trust, you've pretty much found a new good friend.

Hi, I used to own a Sarplaninac (She passed away at 19 month only, breaking my heart). I don't understand why we don't see more of those balls of fur more in the streets. They are sweet, intelligent, and a little bit stubborn but they mainly are huge fluffy and loving dogs. Just be careful and chose your vet wisely... Regards
i have one of those mixed with a Leonberger. Wonderful dogs very loyal und laid back. Coat maintenance ist a nightmare though you can make a fur pillow every 6 Months

That’s just his summer coat. Wait until around April or May when he blows his winter coat. The furnado will be even better then.
