It wasn't working for me until I removed all the USB devices attached to my laptop (Like mouse, any pen drive or pointers)

This workout but whenever I switch it off and turn back on the same problem happen I have to do the same everytime can you please share me what should I do or what step do I need to do for this also what could be the problem
When it does that it simply mean that u didn't enter the the code it is supposed to bring.... you are pressing the esc to continue operating the way it was before. So when it brings the code enter the numbers and press enter... and will never ask you to do the same
