I think black, white and red is such an awesome colour combination that basically looks good on any racecar whatsoever.

Black, red and white make for some of the best liveries on race cars. You actually have to go out of your way to make a black, red and white livery look bad.

1:10 I have been staring at that since yesterday. The way the logo was angled made it look like it was flowing seamlessly from the nose to the back.
Overall, I like your design, but the S on the HAAS logo feels a bit off.

It would be cool if you made a video, or at least a livestream, showcasing the process of actually making a livery. You could also poll chat for different design choices.
I know I’m not the first to ask this, but I would love a little tutorial on how to put together a basic F1 livery on the Formula Hybrid model in photoshop, as the furthest I’ve gotten is a solid red car!
The reason I ask is that I’m a high school teacher who is running an F1 in schools project, and thought it would be cool to have our own school livery as a ‘mascot’. Love what you do, cheers from Chelmsford!!
I like that on the actual Haas, they have a halo and cockpit area that sounds out, with it being white surrounded by black. Tommo you've done a similar thing with some of your past redesigns - they've been watch! - also love the redesign mate!
Tommo's 2023 Alfa Romeo redesign to be specific. Also that Alfa redesign strangely looks very similar to this year's Haas BTW!!!
I'd really like to see some teams come up with more colorful liveries, or at least more "visible" colors. Racing Point's 2020 car was imo one of the best looking liveries. Nowadays half the grid's liveries are a combination of white and black/dark colors.

Watching your livery for the first time and I was blown away. It’s striking. Way way better. I usually don’t give much attention to liveries, but yours was just amazing. It’s complete. It’s art.
If only the teams adopted yours livery, the tv viewing would be such a great experience. Looking forward to all your livery videos now. You are also a great designer along with commentating.
Honestly, its about the same. I love that there's a lot more white on the car, but it takes away that amazing white/black with red strip between that was on the nose. Old nose with the rest of the redesign and its a banger for me.
Honestly, and this might be a bit due to the model you have available. I'd keep the big HAAS and the Moneygram logo of the actual car placement wise. That is actually what I think really works about the real car.
Apart from the black Haas logo on the sidepod, I really like your livery, and the angular approach you took with side-view

3:43 Now that's a Haas livery, the white complements it nicely, yet there's enough black to distinguish it from the 2022 livery, that red halo reminds me of 2023's AlphaTauri, I also like the red exclusive on the front and rear wings and how you integrate MoneyGram into the livery, the red logo was really clever

I prefer the real one, but the airbox is genius!
Even if there's probably going to be way too much carbon on the liveries this season, I like the majority of the original design more, particularly the Haas logo on the side just like you mentioned. The big exception is your MoneyGram logo on the air box. I think that's essentially perfect and the team should steal it.

I think it would be so cool to have the Moneygram arrow logo on the wheel caps (similar to what Mclaren have w/ Chrome) to see the arrows spinning as they pull into the pits

Great job, especially the moneygram-duracell type air inlet. The only part I’d say I prefer on the original car is the front wing.

There we go Tommo! 1-1 for me now! Let's goooo! :) I like the colour blocking and good use of sponsor sticker colours. Putting the coloured ones on the nose and the white/black ones on the sides!
Love the increased consideration of sponsor placement this year. Leaving the blank spaces for additional sponsors is excellent. Nice job Tommo!

I like how under the Haas logo the stripe flows beautifully into the wing.
Normally I only like about half your paint jobs but have to say you've knocked this one out of the park nice job. My only change would be that front wing I like the original.
I think Tommo's front wing and nose ruin it.
This is REALLY good
I like the rear end. But that's about it for the redesign.
It sorta made it look even more baren than the original car and the actual lack of sponsors they have.
But that chevron shaped rear end is nice.

I like the way you handled the HAAS on the sidepod better. I think it pops more *and* is more readable. You mentioned that the one on the real car is more like a design element, and I would agree *because it's legitimately hard to read*. Looking at 1:12 when you call it out, if I don't already know it's HAAS, I could easily read it as HIVS or HMS. If Gene's entire point is to advertise his company, that's not how to do it.

That's a banger there Tommo! The MoneyGram on the airbox reminds me of Red Bull actually. Similarly on GT7 I went with more white as well, strangely white just suits them a bit more I think.

Ooh that Moneygram logo is very clever, I love it.
So much better!!! Would love to see this with a splash of American blue line to go alongside the red trim at the end of the HAAS logo on the sided, really lean into this being the only US team on the grid.

The wings are so much better on your version but I also really like the side on view from the original. Still not really sure which I prefer.
The reason why the f1 liveries from 2023 and 2024 are mostly having exposed carbon fibre is because to reduce the weight of the car.
I love the background light of Haas (Rabbit in Dutch) or a horse

I can understand your approach, the logo part like Williams has is really well done.
But I prefer the real one.
actually the only thing I would change in the real livery is that pointy graphichs on the nose, I would make it more round or even get rid of it and make whole nose part just carbon black, with white haas logo on the tip.

I think your version is almost a clanger because the front looks wired almost as if the front wing ends early I would have liked it more with a black or even a red layer at the outside
I really enjoy your redesigns. Since we will never see Andretti on the grid I would love to see how you would design a livery for them. That way us Americans can at least dream of a world where they can compete

I love the nose. If you squint a bit the black disappears and it looks like the early 2000s cars with the elevated nose
