@ 12:15, " ... once the tip, and tip guard, are properly installed..." Just how is that? The orange tip guard on my shiny new Graco Magnum Project Painter Plus gun will not rotate when the 'retaining nut' is even hand tight. How does one "properly" install the tip? On page 21 of the Owners Manual, "Spray Tip Installation" is vague on this point.

If i use a spray gun to stain frames with shellac pigment should i put the pressure in prime or spray?

Why does everyone say that? They're not a pain in the ass to clean. You run water through the prime till it's clear, run water through the gun till it's clear, then take the gun apart and clean it. Takes 15 minutes. It's worth using on almost every job.

Jon, that says more about you than it does the machine. You probably have no clue what you're doing or you're just too lazy to do it. At least give the machine to someone who knows how to rebuild them.

chapin Chapin Horse piss works best but if you don’t happen to have a beer drinking equine in the household ,turpentine will do in a pinch ..
@@lalaboards I’m surprised but it really works great! At first my horse was leery, but after a few Coors he lossened up. I had a hard time getting the bucket filled, but eventually I was able to get some in the bucket. Boy does this stuff work! Thanks for the tip! Sometimes just a little tip can make a huge difference!
