I completely cut out soda and juices from my diet since they contain huge amounts of sugar. And I'll tell you, this really helped me in losing lots of weight. Completely going on water is great. Sugar and carbs are the enemy, although completely cutting out carbs is not a good idea either. Little bit of carbs is fine. Thanks for this video!
After you subtract the dietary fibers from the Premier Protein shake, it has the same net carbs as the Atkins shake. 2 net carbs. Carbs & net carbs are different. Following the Atkins diet, it calculates net carbs.

I tried Premier shakes, after drinking my stomach hurts. I tried the Slimfast liquid and the powder, taste good but after days of drinking I noticed a red itchy rashes . I stopped drinking slimfast and the rashes are gone . Right now I’m trying the Atkins shakes, will update after a week.
Thank you for doing this video. My friends loss 80 pounds each doing the Atkins diet, so I will be buying some of the shakes tomorrow along with Atkins tv dinners, picking up a bag of salad and tilapia. I maybe adding in some premier shakes for the protein for in the morning, so I don't go hungry.
I'm on keto which they say Atkins is a form of keto...I like salmon..they say tilapia is not good for you because it is man made.. tuna.. salmon..cod...are better
The total carbs for the Premier is 5 grams, but you did not subtract the grams of fiber in order to get the net carbs. You have to minus the total carbs from the fiber to get the net carbs for each one to find the carb intake that needs to be counted.

Premiere says right on the carton that it is not for weight loss...BUT it is great if you are counting protein grams.

Atkins is for weight loss. Premier is largely for a protein boost especially after a workout.
