Without Chris Pratt, we might've had Glenn Howerton (Dennis from Always Sunny in Philly) as Star Lord. God, I wish
Garfield has had one of the most iconic cartoon voices, it literally feels dubbed watching that voice come out of his mouth
Garfield is a depressed cat who likes food and I love him.
I've been a big fan of Garfield since I was a kid.
Like does anyone in Hollywood accounting do any sort of actual cost-benefit analysis on this? Chris Pratt is assuredly the highest paid actor in this movie, probably right behind the animation budget itself for most expensive thing about it. In what universe does anyone think the primarily young child audience for this movie wouldn't see it if CP wasn't there? Do you really think the parents who get dragged to see this with their kids give a shit? Who is CP for?!
This is the first time i ve heard of this Garfield movie lol
Jon's one defining trait has always been that he's a weirdo, it looks like they just made him nothing in this.
Not really, early on he was the strip’s straight man, with most of the eccentric/ weird jokes that would later go to Jon instead going to his roommate Lyman. It was only after Lyman left the strip that Jon became the pathetic Uber-dork that we know today.
@@bulbakingdoot3514 Shh, we don't talk about Lyman.
You could've hired ADAM DRIVER.
You fools.
The animation was so bad, that Adum didn’t even realize that the trailer wasn’t in 4k resolution.
The first time I watched the trailer I forgot that Chris Pratt was even in it, so when Garfield starting talking I had a weird knee jerk reaction sitting in my chair.
15:59 the chatter at the bottom made the best comment 🤣
The hour long one-take video analysis of the pipe strip comic is the very definition of art. I am so happy to see how loved it is.
