It's definitely technically possible using existing techniques and materials. Is it economic? Probably not but rarely in modern Saudi Arabian history has that ever been the case... NEOM, Jeddah Tower to name just a few expensive planned or started projects that make little sense on paper... I personally still love to see a Skyscraper race taking place especially now that China has tapped out of the game...
Broad Sustainable Buildings SkyCity concept is also interesting especially since in theory a Bangkok developer had signed on to build a 1314M Supertall in the city... Haven't heard much lately though...

Those problems are interesting but you need 100 millions people only to fill those buildings. Maybe Saudi Arabia wants to be the home of Europeans when they will flee their countries when civil war will start.😂
