Camper van conversion part 7 | Mercedes Sprinter
We thought that it was going to be simple to remove the warning/hazard lights that was installed on the roof, but oh so wrong we were...
It was so much rust under the lights so we had to go back to rust repair once again.
All spots had to be grinded down to bare metal and coated with primer and top coat.
We also covered two holes from previous air vents with new metal and rivets. Had to really make sure that the holes were properly sealed with a good chunk of sealant.

Love it. Impressed with you guys tackling the rust. Our T4 is currently in a body shop/welders to fix a “little bit more” rust 😂

The rust is a pain to fix, but I think it's rather 'good lesson' as well (within reason, hah).
Good luck with the T4 build! :)
