Army of the dead actually pretty nice against bosses without alot of corpses to reanimate. When your minions die use it and get them all back instantly
(Supreme) Army of the Dead doesn't actually instantly resummon the Minions, but rather slowly over the duration of the Ultimate. So if you have something like Unyielding Commander's Aspect and you use Army of the Dead to resummon, rather than to proactively keep them alive (and boost their Damage through attack speed), the Aspect actually provides little to no value. Just one of the many, many problems with Minion Mancer in D4 (the biggest one probably being the prevalency of the fire/explosion affix in T4).
Another great video from the best Necro content creator out there! Sorry for off topic but, wondering what level do you swap out bone splinters for reap?
Yes and will my incressed dmg also inresse their dmg. Like the blight you said was nuts, when I get that dmg buff do my minions get it as well. If not plz make a vid on what boost minions dmg specifically Does my crit buff from corpse tendrils also incresse minions crit Etc etc
Thank you for helping us out in making this game fun to play for people like Me who just want to play. I am far too old to worry about the little things in the game too worry about so yes my thanks
I’m actually using one of the curses BUT only because there is a damage modifier for cursed enemies. So 1 point in crepity and then three points into the modifier for cursed enemies. Corpse tendril, curse, corpse explosion(blight) & then sever. Absolutely melts mobs. That being said I’m only in WT2 so we’ll see what awaits me in the higher tiers.
Decrepify is pretty decent. Applies slow and has good lucky hit procs with minions, plus it gives 20% damage reduction. It's so underrated. I use it with umbral aspect and decrepify casts are basically free, since it refunds itself lol
I use bone prison with the two aspects and upgraded blight in place of my spender and I've been loving it. Though I am wracked over deciding where an how to fit the darkness aspects for mist and/or bone storm
Thanks a lot for the detailed overview. I enjoyed playing necro and the hydra sorc during the closed beta but after the nerf I am totally lost as to what character to start first.
Very helpful! I was on the fence between sorc and necro having played them both in the betas/SS. Sorc was looking better, but looks like I can do a bone necro with blighted CE and not feel worthless. edit: plus, what is not to love about corpse tendrils!! Way cooler than Blizzard.
Requiem Aspect, works fantastic with my bone spear/ minion build. I run 9 minions, so thats 27 more essence. Add in the apsect that ramps damage depending on "how much essence you have", your first bone spear shot will kill just about anything. Ever since i have put it on, i hardly ever run out of essence. Giving it a 0/10? Hard disagree.
Been looking to replace my two handed sword since lvl 44. I’m 58 now and can’t because the splintering aspect is so powerful. So now I’m in search of another splintering aspect for another sword. Should be easy. 😂
While I'm playing sorc at launch, I wanted to hear about some feedback about ones that are used for all classes. Good to hear about Aspect of the Umbral, but sounds too good to be true and seems ripe for the nerf bat :/ I will definitely be using that aspect in my cold build.
Is using double curse really not viable? That’s a bummer. I was assuming a Necromancer could get by with eluding aspect instead of blood mist because the skill just seems so underwhelming.
I'm super torn and want to build a necro summoner build with bone spear and 1 curse.... Am I wasting my time for end game or is it possible for a payoff?
just leaving this here as an idea: 6 skeletal mages with Colbringer's Aspect. They will cast blizzard. There is a passive in the book of the dead that regenerates 2 spirit per cast of your mages. Infinite Bone spears and frozen enemies which are also vulnerable.
theres no aspects for a necromancer's minions other than 1!? What the fuck kind of class fantasy does D4 have for the necro? why the fuck even have a necromancer in the game if there isnt a dedicated variety of powers available for minions? i mean D2 had an entire dedicated skill tree to minions

If an ultimate's ability is best used to resummon your army, on a summoner, then we're in trouble.
@MacroBioBoi the other ultimates seem pretty underwhelming and I run a full summoner/corpse explosion build Lvl 42 solo hardcore
@@zachfern3190 that I'm commenting on the issue with a skill? In an amiable conversation? You ok, bud?

Now any legendary aspect from tier 1 can be imprinted to tier 3 and tier 4. So keep those max roll aspect for when you reach level 100.

When you get corpse tendrils.
What about Necro minions and their stats? Wich stats exactly will they inherit?
Yes and will my incressed dmg also inresse their dmg.

Could you make another on non dungeon or dropped aspects as well? At least the ones you've tried.

Thanks again for a great video. Will you rank them on maxroll?
Idk man that sacrifice bonus aspect is actually good. You haven’t gone over the ones that are not in the codex

Forever gambling rings to get good umbral aspect rolls has been the story of my life in D4.
I’m gonna go blood Necro I really enjoyed blood nova in D3 and the unique amulet that has minions casting blood surge will be dope
Minions are currently bad right now
@@isaiahpotts975 weird I think they’re still good

Fabulous information was provided. Thank you very much.
This helped a lot!
Noice… currently running your bone spear build and liking it :)

Very informative video. Thank you.

I would love to see this in table form.
I would love a college degree in it ffs

Great Video but i miss Aspect of Decay?
07:15 please don’t say we only have 1 choice of generator and 1 choice of spender for and end game build…😭😭😭😭😭
I didn't.
@MacroBioBoi have you tried coldbringer aspect? it is a utility found only from drops.
Yep,vita pretty cool for essence gen.
You didnt mention Exposed Flesh for resource gen.

I'm playing one. He's pretty good (level 72 atm)
Is there a power códex to resurrect more corpses?
I found an imprinted one that gives me 2 extra.
No, you can only find them in the wild
@@MacroBioBoi so it’s a one imprint only correct?
"You are going to run corpse tendrils on every single build". How do you know what I'm going to run? 🤔
ty!

No matter how many mages you have, it casts blizzard once every 10 seconds.
lol man. You say minions and thorns builds are garbage and thats literally what I am playing -- both of them. lmao.

What about the blighted aspect that stacks up to 5. Is it better on the two hand
