I feel GOOD already just listen to your instructions. I don't be on my phone, but I do be on my tablet in others words same thing. Getting back to my regular schedule for getting up will give me more time with the Lord, thank God in Jesus name amen.

OK GOD I'm seeing more of u speaking ... I just have to listen more

I confess, I do stay up late strolling on RUclips looking at either whatever video comes up OR looking for ways to make $10,000/mo😅! And yes I have noticed that I have trouble sleeping but didn’t realize that overstimulation could be the issue. So from now on when I put my son in bed I’m not getting on my phone and I already put it on SLEEP mode so that’s one thing I’m doing right😂. I didn’t think this video was for me bcuz I thought it was about weight loss but BABY…. this word was for me ❤
Thank you for sharing this Toya. I have limited my screen time to less than one hour per day. I like the habit of walking while we listen and scrolling.
