I tell ya the something. I got rid of my television early 2000's. I never watched it much anyway I'd use it to check what they where feeding the masses. I was soo in tune being outta tune. Now here come laptop mobiles etc. That encompass life, work, entertainment, faith. unplug everything again. 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
I agree! Before long I’m going to get rid of having a tv in my house and I’m getting rid of my smartphone. I might have a regular phone for calls only but I’m sick of technology. Even my job is computer work and I’m ready to quit that too. I prefer to read books or spend time in nature instead 🤷🏾♀️

I am thoroughly enjoying this high frequency dialogue so thank you! On another note, I am wondering about the validity of how pervasive materialism with this culture may be or if it is merely a projected microcosm of social media made to seem as larger. The reason is I personally don't think I know of anyone who is that tapped into name brands and status, so when I hear this being casually referred to and accepted as what women are using as a measuring stick for men, I have to admit that I am truly perplexed. Unless this is just the younger generation, which I will admit we all were guilty of in our youth, I don't think it is an accurate depiction of grown, mature women and would really like to see that narrative shifted so that it doesn't become a ubiquitous catchphrase that hurts us as a collective from connecting and expanding into our power and potential. I call Bull Crap on the empath thing. Some people scroll social media too much and happen to live in decent areas. If someone wants to watch other people dying in some part of the world they never been to or people they never met in their life then that is the "doom scrollers" problem. I used to try conduct business with another black man making music together and after we had a disagreement, the dude went on to cry about me being low vibe and holding him back. Dude depended on me owning a windows computer and me knowing how to use beat making software etc because he didn't own his own pc or know a single thing about computers. Pretty lame for someone who called themselves a an aspiring rapper. On top of that he was on social security and needed his older brother to take care of his benefits forms. Dude was a man-child former blood gang member who also went to a catholic school in his youth crying about me being low vibe. I think all you people complaining about how you gonna get away from low vibe people and "chase a bag" are sadly mistaken especially if you don't know how to use computer. 😅

But I will break it down for you: high vibration is the opposite of everything you doing. High vibe people don’t lord it up over someone not doing so well for themselves, they find a way to uplift and share their skills, knowledge, resources. High vibe don’t put someone else’s misfortune or poverty on blast on the internet. You can have all the wealth in the world and still be petty and still lack humanity, that’s low vibrational. That’s the way of the world we are in and why it’s so problematic. That’s why we need teachers like Paula Hurlock, to cultivate self reflection. You can look at my watch history all you want, for something to clap back about but really that speaks volumes about you and why you might want to watch your mindset instead.
