Some of my favorite underrated Hitchcock movies are Shadow of a Doubt, Rebecca, and Rope.

Jimmy Stewart not wanting to marry Grace Kelly requires too much suspension of disbelief.

Top 5 ; psycho , birds, rear window, frenzy and the fifth is fluid but today I’ll say rope but I do like marny’s vibe

1:08:12 I definitely think you should make a Short and a full video so YT notifies everyone it can. Some people will have their notifications set for those specific things (I think).

Revisited the 16 Hitchcock films I own not too long ago. Of the ones I've seen, Rear Window is the second best behind Psycho and Rope is a close third.
When I got to The Birds I was concerned it wouldn't hold up because I had heard that so many times when other people talked about it. And seeing it again that claim was a bit blown out of proportion. Some parts do feel like product of the day but not to the level I was expecting. A while back there came a point where I got sick of viewing things through a lens of irony and I primarily take things on their own terms now rather than joke around at the expense of the piece.

Hitchcock top three are understandable and non debatable practically but his fourth best is not north by northwest or vertigo or anything like that FRENZY is definitely 4. Behind; psycho, birds, rear

The ranking order I would place the Hitchcock films I've seen recently:
    1) Psycho (1960)
    2) Rear Window (1954)
    3) Rope (1948)
    4) North By Northwest (1959)
    5) The Trouble With Harry (1955)
    6) To Catch a Thief (1955)
    7) The Birds (1963)
    8) Vertigo (1958)
    9) The Man Who Knew Too Much (1956)
    10) Family Plot (1976)
    11) Shadow of a Doubt (1943)
    12) Frenzy (1972)
    13) Saboteur (1942)
    14) Marnie (1964)
    15) Topaz (1969)
    16) Torn Curtain (1966)

Hi, I'm John Earley/Early. And I tried to watch this review until Austin/The Day Ghost, brought up The Simpsons again. I hate that show, especially now. And I don't like to be reminded of it. That's all.

For what it’s worth, I thought The Pianist was very overrated.
