Hi Ilka, it doesn't "melt" fat. It causes fat cells to burst. Dr. Rohrich is actually quite experienced with fat cell lysis. Surprised that he hasn't answered your question.
I did this to my face and i have a slim face. it was horrified after. my skin was so lose when I washed it. it def caused more wrinkles n lose skin. I wouldn't recommend this unless you want to have a slim face OR they dr knows how to 100% not go into the fat layer.
