I made a chocolate cake Halloween Ver. 🎶.

Ingredients
◆Sponge dough (15cm mold)
80g egg whites (for 2 large sized eggs)
80g granulated sugar
40g egg yolks (for 2 egg yolks)
53g flour
33cc milk
20 g butter
7g black cocoa powder
7g cocoa powder
◆purple sweet potato dripping sauce
26g water
10g granulated sugar
1g purple sweet potato powder
33g whipping cream
2g gelatin (2 teaspoons water)
◆Cake Syrup
25g water
12g sugar
◆ purple whipped cream (for between the dough & for whipping on top) for decoration
100cc whipped animal cream
100cc fresh vegetable cream
35 g condensed milk
A dash of purple food coloring
◆fresh chocolate (for coating the top and sides) for decoration
150 g chocolate
150cc fresh cream
