The name Peter Knogl is inextricably linked to French haute cuisine, which he serves here in the flagship restaurant of the over 300-year-old Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois. His creations are wonderfully balanced and pared back to the essentials. Well-defined flavours, subtle contrasts, perfect craftsmanship, and uncompromising ingredient quality are all features of his dishes, which are presented in a pleasingly minimalist style. The excellent cuisine is served against the backdrop of a stylish interior with its fine antiques, glittering chandeliers and premium fabrics by the brilliantly organised and professional service team led by restaurant manager Giuseppe Giliberti and top sommelier Christoph Kokemoor!
