    I recently found your videos about 3 or 4 weeks. When I first started the Pilates exercise has one video would kick my butt. Now I'm watching two or three following along. I thank you for all your videos.

    I'm starting to do this for a month with balanced diet. It's harder than it looks . Starting weight 78.3 kgs . Will update

    I enjoy these exercises. Would you be able to do some kind of count down or noise for when the exercise changes bc im not always looking at my screen

    These ab workouts are suitable for people without back problems, like scoliosis. Hope you have also ab workouts for people suffering from scoliosis and other spinal conditions 😊

      Привет, я кубинец, и я плохо говорю по-русски, потому что я выучил его в школе, извините, если я запутался. Пилатес хорошо практиковать, если у вас диастаз, но я рекомендую вам поискать на RUclips специализированный пилатес для этого состояния, потому что есть некоторые упражнения, которые не рекомендуются, или вы также можете проконсультироваться с профессионалом.
