Пилатес хорошо практиковать, если у вас диастаз, но я рекомендую вам поискать на RUclips специализированный пилатес для этого состояния, потому что есть некоторые упражнения, которые не рекомендуются, или вы также можете проконсультироваться с профессионалом.
