Hanwoo is the name of the actual breed native to Korea. It is a smaller breed than wagyu, has less fat and beefier flavor. Wagyu is a term for Japanese cows but can be any of four different breeds. It has a less pronounced beef flavor, higher fat content and lower melting point of fat. Kobe is just the name of the region in which it is raised. Kobe and wagyu is not interchangeable.

I don't think this is normal beef. It looks like kobe(wagyu) beef which is known for its marbling with fat and much bigger price.
