Actually they did show us Riley grounding herself to get through her panic attack!! Unless I interpreted it wrong, I think it was in the way she was trying to connect with her five senses ; when she touched the bench or just listened to the sound of the game! I felt like Riley was trying to calm herself down by connecting with reality again (There might have been others I missed)
Yeah pretty disappointed he missed this. Also, it’s easier for Riley to overcome this because it hasn’t actually gotten to the point where it qualifies as an anxiety disorder. It’s more of just an episode of anxiety but not something that will be as “world ending” as people who actually have the disorder. It was still beautifully heartbreaking in the way they portrayed it though
I don’t care what anyone says. As an older teen who went through horrible mental struggles the ‘ I’m not good enough ‘ scene was even more of a harder gut punch to me than the bing bong scene.
This is a good review but I feel like this is overall better than the original,it has more thought, and hits a LOT harder in my opinion and most other teenager’s opinion.but not counting that, good video (This is coming from someone who is in 6th grade going to 7th)

Do you think Inside Out 2 is better than Soul?
I need to rewatch Soul but I think yes. From what I remember Soul had a lot of potential it never reached
